Two weeks ago, I ordered a gown for my granddaughter's wedding on October 13, [redacted]. Despite payment being processed on my Visa card, the company informed me a few days later that they didn't have the dress in my size. After multiple attempts, they offered me a different gown at a 50% discount. Now, I've found two other dresses but have been struggling to reach customer service for over a week to avail of the promised discount. I recommended your company to others, including my sister who made a purchase, but the lack of response has been disappointing. My efforts to purchase the replacement gowns have been in vain as I have not received any callback despite leaving three messages. I hope to receive a prompt response before the dresses I've chosen are no longer available.
