On 8/28/[redacted] around 11:30 AM during my regular workout, I encountered a disturbing incident at the gym's Physical Fitness room involving a personal trainer named Arion. Despite being a respectful member, when I requested to use an unused gym equipment (a Bosu ball) as I normally do, Arion responded rudely and aggressively, accusing me of potentially stealing it. He exhibited unprofessional behavior, even going as far as physically tapping on my arm and escalating the situation. This confrontational attitude was witnessed by other staff and members, creating a hostile environment. I am deeply concerned about Arion's behavior, especially given my profession as a City Police Officer and my family's association with this gym. This incident has led me to feel unsafe and unwelcome. I am seeking to escalate this complaint to a District Manager to address this matter promptly. I am also exploring further actions with legal counsel. I have contacted the seller through Amazon multiple times but have not received a response yet. The problem is that the treadmill is making a continuous noise from the motor.
