My name is Darrell John Jeffriess, and my account number is [redacted]9. I have sent multiple letters and made numerous phone calls to inquire about the closure and full payment of the mentioned account. The lack of response from Citibank has been immensely frustrating.
The most recent communication I received was from Joanne Breuer, Head of Core Operations, dated 14 November [redacted]. Despite my continued efforts, including submitting identification documents, I have yet to receive confirmation of the account closure.
I have been informed that there is a credit of $39.37 in the account, but I have not received any emails or letters confirming this after several follow-ups.
I kindly request an email response as soon as possible.
