I've tried making payments online, over the phone with customer service, and setting up auto-pay with both online and a customer service manager multiple times. Despite the reps refunding the fee, there hasn't been a solution to enable payment. My credit limit has been lowered, greatly impacting my debt-to-income ratio, causing my FICO score to plummet. Currently, I'm behind on my payment and unable to include my bank as a funding source.

I recently applied for a Citi credit card, but they were unable to verify my identity, so they sent me forms to complete. However, these forms required them to access my social security records, which I did not consent to. When I called to cancel the card, they mentioned it was on hold until my identity could be verified. Despite requesting to speak to a supervisor, none were available. I called back the next day and received the same information, with no supervisor still accessible. They informed me that since I hadn't activated the card, it would cancel itself after 30 days. On day 32, I was told the card was still on hold pending identity verification, which can only be done by allowing Citi access to my social security records. A supervisor confirmed this and mentioned there was no other way to proceed. He assured me they were "working on it," but couldn't provide further details or a timeline. I am eager to have this card, which I applied for but never activated, canceled. Despite being unable to provide me with a contact number to escalate the issue within the company, I found this forum online. On December 30th, Power Plate tried multiple times to charge my card unsuccessfully, as they claim. However, when I contacted your customer service, they informed me that Power Plate made five attempts, with three failures and two successful charges for the same item. After reaching out to Power Plate again, they stated they have no approvals for Via A. and do not have any holds on her money. I am concerned and would like to speak with the fraud department to have the two charges canceled. I hope we can resolve this issue promptly.

Today, I successfully applied for a Citi Simplicity card to transfer balances from other cards. I was approved for a $10,[redacted] limit. Unfortunately, while trying to commence the balance transfers, my phone shut down. I am unable to access the screen to proceed. I would appreciate guidance on when I should expect to receive the card. I recently received a letter mentioning a charge off issue related to my Macy’s account through Citi. This problem stemmed from a Macy’s-Citi error that, upon investigation, was determined to be incorrect. Similarly, there was a Citi error on my Citi Simplicity card where an incorrect credit adjustment of $10,[redacted] was issued and later withdrawn after prolonged efforts on my end to rectify it. Subsequently, my electronic check payments of $[redacted] in August and September [redacted] were not properly credited to my account, despite providing proof from my bank. Despite my attempts to resolve these matters with Customer Service, I have not been successful in escalating these issues to a higher authority within Citibank. I am seeking assistance to reopen the disputes and resolve the erroneous charges promptly.

I did not create an account, but a number was assigned to me - A/C [redacted]. Unauthorized payment of £[redacted].00 was deducted from my bank account via direct debit on October 29th without my consent. Despite expressing my concerns via email and being informed that my message was unread by a staff member, the payment went through. I have contacted my bank to report this issue and they advised me to request a refund from you. Urgent action is required to resolve this matter promptly. I've consistently made monthly payments using my debit card for more than a year. However, it suddenly stopped working. After reaching out to the Bank, they informed me that the card information was incorrectly entered. I'm frustrated with the lack of clear communication from representatives and the poor customer service. Now, I'm attempting to pay the full balance using my credit card but can't locate a mailing address for a check payment. Dealing with CitiBank has become overly complicated, and I'm choosing to settle the entire amount I owe. I've decided to discontinue my relationship with CitiBank and will no longer require the services. I regret ever becoming a customer.
