Chronopost indique qu'ils ne trouvent pas l'adresse. J'ai parlé avec un employé de Chronopost vendredi dernier, et il m'a assuré que la livraison serait effectuée ce lundi. Lorsqu'il m'a demandé si j'habitais à la campagne, j'ai confirmé en expliquant que ma maison était la seule sur la rue. J'avais prévu de laisser un tableau noir à l'extérieur des portes de la grange près de la rue pour faciliter la livraison. Malheureusement, la livraison n'a pas eu lieu comme prévu, et il n'y a aucune trace de notre conversation en ligne. La Poste ne semble pas rencontrer de problème avec l'adresse. Je suis perplexe. J'ai essayé de contacter Chronopost à trois reprises, mais on m'a dit que mon colis n'était pas là ! La dernière fois, la femme de Chronopost a raccroché brusquement. Je suis un peu déçu, mais d'autres choses plus importantes se passent en ce moment.

I submitted this information to you on 29/3 via a website where there was a questionable claim. Unfortunately, I can no longer locate that site, so I am trying here.
I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my package bound for Sweden. When I checked the tracking number HY[redacted]15JF, I received the following notification:
On Monday 03/22/[redacted], there was a delivery postponement request from the receiver. Location: Malmoe - SE (depot [redacted]). Comment: Contacting the recipient to schedule delivery.
On Sunday 03/21/[redacted], the recipient was allegedly informed via SMS or email in Malmoe - SE (depot [redacted]), but I have not received any messages as claimed. I am unsure of the status of my package and if it has been sent back. Despite reaching out to PosrNord, I couldn't gather more details regarding the package aside from what is attached here. I am searching for a Swedish phone number to handle such issues promptly and avoid misunderstandings.

I recently sent a speedpost with steel kitchen utensils and grocery items to my daughter in France from the Thrissur Head Post Office on September 25th. The tracking initially showed that the package was only bagged from my local post office until the 6th. However, when my daughter checked, it showed the package was on the way. Unfortunately, by the 8th, she received a message stating that the item was returned as the recipient refused to accept it. Despite checking with the residence officer and post office officials in Toulouse, no further information was available. The tracking information indicated that the item was not delivered and was returned to me due to damage. The status showed various updates including dispatch from Roissy Chronopost International on the 7th and an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 8th. We are concerned and seek guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue.

I reported this issue yesterday, and I am eagerly awaiting your swift assistance and guidance. The problem lies with a speed post EMS item which was dispatched on September 25th from Thrissur, India. Unfortunately, it was neither delivered nor was my daughter informed of the delivery status. Surprisingly, on the 8th, a message was received stating that the item was being returned due to the recipient's refusal. Despite the considerable amount spent on both the articles and postage, the delivery has not been made. My daughter cannot receive a package without prior notification. Interestingly, when tracking the item, an update was provided indicating that it is still on its way. Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this issue. Hello,
My parcel was scheduled for delivery on Saturday. The postman claimed he attempted delivery at 11:35 a.m., but no one answered the door. Interestingly, there were 4 people in my house at the time, including myself, yet no one heard the doorbell ring. It's quite baffling, to say the least - forgive me for having some negative thoughts about it.
The next delivery attempt is set for Wednesday, a day when I won't be home until the afternoon due to my weekday work schedule, as surprising as that may sound. Quite frustrating!
I tried reaching out to Chronopost's helpline, but was only greeted by a French-speaking automated voice, which I do not understand. Unfortunately, there don't appear to be any other options besides a chatbot that also communicates solely in French.
I'm currently at a loss for what to do.

I am currently located in Australia and recently utilized FloraQueen's services to send flowers, champagne, and a vase to my sister residing in France. Unfortunately, the items never reached the intended recipient. Despite my sister reaching out to Chronopost multiple times and even attempting a rescheduled delivery, she was informed that the shipment was destroyed. The shipment number is XT[redacted]68FR. I am baffled by the entire situation and while I understand flowers wilting, I am concerned about the fate of the other items. I am seeking reimbursement in the amount of €[redacted].4 for the failed delivery. I am deeply disappointed that my gift did not make it to my sister as planned. I shipped a 9.70 kg parcel from India to Paris for my daughter, who is a student. The contents included dry foods, dry sweets, used and new clothes, emergency medicine, and a woolen sweater. The total value of the items is around Rs12000 ([redacted] euro), with the sweater costing Rs [redacted] (10 euro). However, upon arrival, a tax of 61 euro was imposed on the woolen sweater. My daughter had to take a loan to pay the tax and retrieve the parcel. It is distressing to see such a high amount charged for the sweater, especially considering her student status. The parcel was received on 27/11/[redacted]. I kindly request a review of the imposed tax and a refund of the excess amount.
