I have submitted all necessary documents to prove my identity, including my bank statements, driver's license, military ID, and social security card. After waiting for a few days and contacting customer service, I discovered that my social security funds were deposited in China and my account was unexpectedly closed, blocking access to my money. This has caused a lot of trouble with my bills and even led to my car being repossessed. I am frustrated and determined to get my money back as it is rightfully mine. I have evidence of all transactions in and out of my Chime account, and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary against Chime, the Social Security Administration, and the Veterans Benefits Department. I demand a resolution promptly to avoid further complications.

I have never been able to access my Chime account. The emails from Chime support agents with instructions to unlock my account expire before I can follow them. When I try to log in to my account on the Chime app, the information displayed is not what it should be. I am prompted to enter my email address, password, last four digits of my social security card, state ID, and even take a selfie, but I still cannot access my account. This situation is frustrating as I am unable to keep track of my money. If I continue to be denied access, I will have to close the account that has been inaccessible to me. I would appreciate it if Chime could provide assistance on resolving this issue. Thank you, Dawn H. 🌸🌿

My Chime account is causing me some trouble. It's challenging to reach a customer service representative for assistance. Since signing up for Chime, I have lost two phones that were used for verification purposes. As a result, I cannot set up the Chime app on my new phone. I am unable to monitor my account activity or access it in any way. Initially, I registered with the email [redacted], but I am transitioning to [redacted] and can no longer access the former email. Unfortunately, I have also misplaced my Credit Builder card. I am unable to make any changes as I lack the original phone number and email associated with it. I am frustrated and stressed by the situation. I urgently require assistance and a resolution from customer service to deactivate the lost card and issue a new one.

I have attempted to set up an account with Chime using my phone number [redacted] and email address, [redacted] However, when entering my security code, I receive an error stating it does not match my email. When calling the listed number, it prompts for my cell number, which it also does not recognize. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would appreciate a call to resolve this issue promptly. Otherwise, I may consider another credit company. Thank you for your assistance in fixing this matter.
