A while ago, I downloaded the Chick-fil-A app on my phone and had gathered [redacted] points as of Monday, October 28th. On that day, I made a purchase, but it did not scan for points. After noticing this on the receipt, I tried to retrieve my points online. Following the instructions, I updated to the Chick-fil-A One app. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose all my accumulated points, and I still didn't receive points for the purchase on Monday. I might have made an error due to my limited computer skills. I kindly request to have my lost [redacted] points restored and, if feasible, to receive points for my recent purchase. I am a regular at Chick-fil-A and had plans to use these points for my upcoming birthday trip to Myrtle Beach, SC next week. I am grateful for any assistance you can provide. Thank you! - Linda B.

Today is Veterans Day, and I learned through the app that veterans were eligible for a free sandwich. Unfortunately, the Duncan, SC location did not participate in this promotion. As a disabled Desert Storm veteran, I went to the store and presented my VA card, only to be humiliated in front of other customers by being told they weren't honoring the deal. I ended up paying $8 for a burnt sandwich I couldn't eat. Feeling disrespected on a day meant to honor veterans, I called customer service to voice my displeasure. The store owner later called to explain their participation in funding a Freedom Flight for select individuals to DC, which I respect, but it doesn't acknowledge the rest of us regular customers. The owner minimized the issue, stating it was just a sandwich, and eventually sent me a coupon for a free replacement but failed to recognize the significance of thanking veterans in this way.

I am a loyal customer and would like to share my disappointment with Chick Fil A management's recent decision to stop supporting certain Christian organizations. I believe it is important for companies to stand by their values, and I hope Chick Fil A will reconsider their choices. Thank you. Sincerely, Cynthia L.

The Chick-fil-A store in Jacksonville, Florida near University Ave seems to be experiencing issues with long wait times. Compared to other locations in Florida and Georgia, this store's service is noticeably slower, leading to frustrated customers and potential loss of business. As a loyal Chick-fil-A customer from Georgia, I have observed that the staff at this Jacksonville store might benefit from additional training to improve efficiency in order fulfillment. My daughter and granddaughter, who frequent this location, have started to consider other options due to the extended waiting periods. While alternative stores are too far away, it is concerning to see this specific location struggle. I sincerely hope Chick-fil-A can address and resolve these issues to retain customers like us. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - L White

I recently came across the issue regarding supporting Covenant House instead of Christian organizations. I am uncertain about how to react to this situation as it appears that actions do not align with words. It seems that there is a growing trend of Christians and businesses engaging in compromises. Consequently, I have decided to reflect on my own choices as I suspect I have also compromised. As I ponder my decisions, I hope that you also reflect on this issue for the benefit of spreading the Gospel. Thank you. - David Taylor

Complaint: I experienced rude service and asked to speak with a manager, but my daughter became upset, so we left and went to McDonald's for breakfast. I called the location right away and left a voicemail for a manager, but I never received a call back. The employee at the drive-thru insisted I said something I didn't, which was unsettling. The staff working during that shift appeared overwhelmed and unprepared for the busy period. Despite this, we enjoy the food, and I am currently at the drive-thru ordering more Chick-fil-A. We prefer using the drive-thru due to its quick, prompt, and courteous service. Location: Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC

I am writing not to complain about your product or any Chick-Fil-A restaurant. As far as I am concerned, you have no rival. The service at any location I've been to is far above your competition. Chick-fil-A has no equal, in my opinion. My disappointment lies in your decision to bow down to the pressure of the LGBTQ community. Your longstanding commitment to Christian values has been admired. It is disheartening to see you back away from supporting organizations like the Salvation Army under this pressure. Many Christians, including myself, feel that compromising your faith does not bring honor. It is my hope that you will return to the principles that have made Chick-Fil-A a company admired for its values and the testimony of its founder. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Joseph M.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A with my son and ordered two chicken sandwich combos without pickles. Unfortunately, both sandwiches had pickles on them, causing me distress due to my sensitivity to acid. I contacted the store seeking compensation but faced difficulties. They requested I bring back the food or the receipt, which was impractical for me as I couldn't return before closing, and keeping the food until the next day wasn't an option. The staff seemed skeptical of my account, despite me having paid $17.92 for the meal. I felt frustrated by the treatment and misinformation when all I wanted was a correct order. Trying to resolve this issue after a tiring day of basketball tournaments was inconvenient. I believe in the principle that the customer should be valued, and I simply wanted to return when convenient to get the correct food. The store in question is on Military Highway in Norfolk, VA, at the Broadcreek Shopping Center, and this incident occurred on Saturday, 2/29/20, at around 8 pm.

I would like to address the issue I experienced on 3/16/[redacted] with Order #[redacted] at Somerset FSR (#[redacted]) in Somerset, KY managed by Christen Bohanon. Today, I ordered lunch for my grandchildren and requested for it to be placed by my side door due to my neck restriction. After a mix-up with another customer's order, I received the wrong food for my 5 grandchildren. Upon discovering the mistake at their home in Monticello (21 miles away), I contacted the manager, explaining my situation. The manager offered to re-enter the order, deliver the correct food when my grandchildren visited Somerset, or refund my money. None of these solutions addressed the immediate issue of my grandchildren's lunch. When I suggested providing gift cards for a future visit, this was also declined. The manager only refunded the money, leaving the children without their meal. As a retired school administrator, customer service is important to me. The lack of effort to resolve the situation and the manager making it seem like my responsibility was disappointing. I had planned to treat my grandchildren as I recovered from an injury, and this experience fell short of the usual high standards we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

Dear Community, I am a student at Mercer University and I am a fan of Chick-fil-A, but unfortunately, the on-campus location is not upholding the brand's reputation well. The behavior of the employees is concerning - they seem to think they can act however they like because of the captive customer base provided by the mandatory meal plans. The rude behavior, such as an employee aggressively responding to a simple question about dressings, and the lack of professionalism when serving customers like rolling eyes and taking masks off, are not acceptable. This behavior not only affects current customers negatively but also poses health risks when employees remove their masks to shout names. The slow service due to inefficiency adds to the unpleasant experiences. These instances make visiting the campus Chick-fil-A a dreaded activity. I hope this feedback can help improve the service at this location and uphold Chick-fil-A's reputation for exceptional customer service. Thank you, Jessi C.

Chick-fil-A's change in leadership has led me to reconsider my patronage of the restaurant. I used to make an effort to support Chick-fil-A due to its founder's strong Christian beliefs, but I feel that the current owner does not uphold these values in the same way. As Christians, we are called to stand firm in our faith, even in the face of criticism. While I used to rally behind Chick-fil-A when its founder faced backlash, I now find it less rewarding to do so. I believe that staying true to one's beliefs can lead to strength and success, and I hope the company can find its way back to this.

I enjoy visiting Chick-fil-A Frederick North with my family. I want to address that approximately 1 out of every 5 times I order, something is missing from my order. The staff is always polite and correct the issue, but it's inconvenient to have to drive back for the missing item. Recently, I had to return for a missing Chick-fil-A sandwich. While the service is swift and polite, missing items seem to be a recurring problem. I now feel compelled to double-check all bags against the receipt. Despite the efficient order process, for large orders, I must move my car 4-5 times, which can be stressful. I left a message on their Facebook page a week ago but haven't received a response. Thank you for addressing this matter. Best, Jordan T. Manos

Good Afternoon, My family frequents Chic-Fil-A at [redacted] Yukon Dr, Ashburn, VA [redacted]. We visit 1 - 2 times a week but have encountered order errors in 3 out of our last 4 visits. The recent problems include incorrect drinks, missing sandwiches, and absent fries. Checking our orders is challenging with large orders for 5-6 people and a busy line behind us. I returned twice with my receipt to get the missing items or correct drinks and received apologies but no compensation, not even a free dessert. I am disappointed and reconsidering my loyalty to Chic-fil-A. The high prices are no longer justified when orders are consistently incorrect. It's important to address this recurring issue instead of being a one-time mistake.

I would like to propose two potential locations for a Chick-fil-A in the Palm Springs, FL area. The first site is the former Ben's Steakhouse on Congress Ave, situated between Forest 10th Ave and Lake Worth Road. The second location is the former Tom Sawyer Restaurant on Forest Hill Boulevard, just West of I-95. These properties are strategically located near a bustling business district, as well as two colleges, two high schools, and two elementary schools within a 1-2 mile radius. The Forest Hill site was recently vacated by Tom Sawyer, making it an ideal spot for a new Chick-fil-A. The nearest existing Chick-fil-A locations are more than 5 miles away and not conveniently located near any schools in our immediate vicinity. Palm Springs Mayor Bev Smith has expressed interest in welcoming a Chick-fil-A to the town and has reached out to initiate discussions about potential locations. I eagerly await your guidance on how to proceed with the consideration of these promising sites. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Bernadette Shalhoub

Each year, my family purchases Knox County School Coupon Books mainly for the Chick-fil-A coupons. Today, when I tried to use one, I was informed that it had expired in June. This was surprising as all coupons are supposed to be valid until Aug. 31 each year without needing to verify the expiration dates. However, I discovered another coupon for a corn maze that expired on Oct. 31 and several more for UT Sports. The staff mentioned that other customers have faced similar issues trying to redeem expired coupons. It's disheartening to find out about these early expirations as we rely on the validity of the coupons until the end of August. It would be more transparent if businesses uphold the terms of the promotion until the agreed upon date or allow other merchants to participate if they cannot meet these conditions.

I had a disappointing experience at the store while picking up an order as a DoorDasher. The individual in charge, wearing a blue collar shirt, displayed unprofessional behavior. Their lack of fairness towards customers and leniency towards staff dropping cups and providing dirty ones is concerning. The passive-aggressive attitude of this manager/supervisor was very off-putting. It seems like cleanliness is not a priority in this establishment, which is not only unsanitary but also potentially violating health codes.

I am having ongoing issues with the Mantua NJ (Gloucester County) Chik Fil A location. Their customer service is consistently poor, my orders are frequently incorrect, and even delivery is unreliable. Waiting in line for over an hour is not uncommon, only to have missing items and wrong orders. Despite my child's allergies limiting options, I've encountered better service at other Chik Fil A locations. Recently, I waited for 35 minutes in line for breakfast only to be turned away at 10:32, just after the breakfast service ended. The manager's dismissive attitude was the final straw prompting me to share my disappointing experiences. The location's service needs to be addressed, as it has become excessively frustrating.

In October, I placed two orders through the Chick-Fil-A app for a large event. Following the first order, I mistakenly thought it did not go through and inadvertently placed the same order again, resulting in a double charge of $[redacted].16. I am currently out of the country and unable to contact customer service by phone, so I am reaching out via email for assistance in getting a refund for the duplicate order that was never picked up. The order was associated with the email account [redacted]

On January 11th at 5:30 pm at Atlanta Airport, I visited Chick Fil a for the first time as an American expat. Despite reading about made-to-order food, my experience was disappointing. I bought a chicken sandwich meal for about $11, but it arrived in under 2 minutes, unlike what I anticipated. The sandwich was far from what was displayed - a tasteless steamed bun with a small chicken patty and stale, soggy fries. The meal seemed reheated and lacked the quality I expected. It was not just the worst fast food chicken I've had, but the worst fast food meal in my life. I shared my feedback online, but felt compelled to express my disappointment here for the corporate team to be aware of my unsatisfactory experience.

I wanted to bring to your attention that there is a Twitter account using the handle @Atl1ChickFilA. This account claims to be associated with your corporate office. However, the language and content being posted, such as mentions of "pride month" and the use of inappropriate terms, like "bitch" and "nigga," are concerning. The display name on this account is Chick-Fil-A-Atlanta. If this is not an official account for your company, it may be necessary for your team to address this activity. Publicly using derogatory language can have negative implications for the company and could be considered as bullying or racism. I thought it important to bring this to your attention in case this is not a legitimate corporate account.
