My son's iPhone was taken by Manager Fred at the Texaco gas station on Covington Hwy in Decatur, Georgia. When my son contacted the police, they requested to review the camera footage. However, Manager Fred claimed he didn't know the password to access the footage, which seems untrue. Furthermore, his father owns the franchise. Manager Fred also retaliated by accusing my son of criminal trespassing. The police filed a report on the stolen iPhone. Such actions by Manager Fred tarnish the reputation of the Texaco company and its name. This behavior should not be tolerated. I am considering reaching out to the news station and hiring a lawyer if my son's iPhone is not returned promptly. Thank you. - Regina J. (mother of L.J.)

I recently visited the gas station on Hawthorne Blvd in Rancho Palos Verdes to fill up my tank and get a car wash. After getting back in my car, I noticed two fresh cracks on my dashboard. When I brought this up to Fernando, the manager, he denied any responsibility for the damage. This is the only place I wash my car, and the cracks are not due to sun damage. Despite my concerns, he insisted they were not at fault. I feel frustrated and disappointed by their lack of accountability. I am seeking assistance to address this issue with this establishment. Attached are the pictures I took showing the damage right after it occurred. One crack near the steering wheel appears as if someone leaned on it. I hope for a resolution as this situation is unjust. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Maria Olvera
