I purchased a round trip ticket for two people from Toronto to Athens. Recently, the return flight was modified to land in Buffalo instead of Toronto. While I initially didn't mind the change as it's still close to my home, I encountered an issue during check-in with American Airlines. They informed me that being a non-US citizen, I am not permitted to enter the United States from Greece. Although my ticket states no changes are allowed, I did not select Buffalo as my destination. I urgently need assistance to secure a flight to Canada to avoid being stranded in Greece without accommodation. Your help would be greatly appreciated. My flight details are as follows: Flight number [redacted]6 for F.G. departing from Athens with a layover in Philadelphia en route to Buffalo. Thank you for your help.

I recently booked a one-way trip through your site for a United Airlines flight from Newark Liberty, NJ to Bush Intercontinental in Houston on Oct 20th. I made a flight reservation for my son, but there was an issue with the airline he was supposed to fly back with. The passport control required him to be on the same airline for the return flight. I quickly booked another one through CheapOair with the same flight details. I couldn't cancel the initial booking in time due to the urgency. I have reached out to customer support via email but I am concerned about the 24-hour cancellation policy.

Hello, good evening Could you please assist us in finding cheap and affordable tickets to HAMBURG? We would need them from December 15 to January 8, [redacted]. It's for two adults and an 11-year-old girl. It should be from Panama or a city not in the United States as the child doesn't have a U.S. visa. We had made a reservation in advance but the airline canceled on us, and we have been struggling to find tickets within our budget since then. I had a discussion with a CheapOair agent who was supposed to follow up with me, but unfortunately, they did not. I am currently in a state of emergency as I urgently need assistance to change my second flight, which British Airways has approved to change to Qatar Airways. I have two options for the flight change to London: 1 - QR0817 and QR0009 or 2 - QR0817 and QR0003. Here is my British Airways booking number: 3AZYSX. I am on a time crunch with only 3 hours to resolve this issue. I am also waiting in the live chat queue for assistance. I am in desperate need of immediate help.

I recently purchased a plane ticket and was charged twice for it. On 11/16, I paid $[redacted].98 for the ticket. However, when I arrived at the airport for my flight from Denver, Colorado, to Houston, Texas, I was informed that I still owed a balance of $[redacted].00. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope to get this matter resolved soon. I understand that mistakes happen, but it has caused me inconvenience and stress. My name is Steven H. I need to cancel my flight with ID [redacted]0 through Cheapoair. I will also be discontinuing my Cheapoair credit card and disputing the statement balance. I believe this company is unethical for various reasons. The customer service recording misleadingly suggests using their app for assistance, but the app lacks a chat function and disconnects without providing further contact options. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable. It's disappointing when a travel agency fails to support its customers adequately.

CheapOair has caused frustration and confusion with a recent flight change. I booked a ticket for a flight from Miami to Montreal with Air Canada for December 23, [redacted], which was later moved to a different time. When I requested to change my flight, CheapOair attempted to charge an extra $25 citing it as an additional Air Canada fee. Despite Air Canada's policy of refunding for canceled flights or differences in fare for flight changes, CheapOair insisted on the charge. Furthermore, they claimed to have sent revised flight confirmations but failed to do so, blaming my email. When I challenged their dishonesty and mentioned seeking a chargeback from my bank, they threatened to cancel both my outgoing and return flights with Air Transat without a refund. A satisfactory resolution would involve airlines like Air Canada and Air Transat discontinuing their association with CheapOair. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund of $35, on top of the $25 CheapOair has agreed to reimburse, to cover the difference in ticket prices. The behavior displayed is concerning and calls for action to prevent further inconvenience to customers.

Due to a severe storm in Cebu, Mactan International Airport was shut down, causing all outbound flights to be scrapped. With no cell signal or electricity in the city, I had a colleague reach out to you earlier, but was informed that I needed to handle the rescheduling myself. I had to cancel my booking due to COVID-19. Kellee used some of the credit for an American Airlines ticket arranged through your service. However, when I contacted you, I was informed to reach out to American Airlines directly. They claim I have no remaining credit. Currently on hold with them, the recording states that any disputes must be resolved with the 3rd party booking. I am perplexed as to why there seems to be a discrepancy in the credit amount.

I booked tickets for a colleague and myself a while ago and unfortunately couldn't fly due to testing positive for COVID-19. My colleague, who was in contact with me, traveled alone. I reached out to you to reschedule, and you suggested contacting Frontier. They kindly provided me with a credit for the amount paid. However, I keep getting calls from Affirm claiming I still owe money and could be sent to collections. I'm sharing this information with you again in the hopes of resolving this issue. I needed to change part of my trip due to a family member's Covid situation, leading to canceling my visit. After numerous calls, one representative failed to follow up with me. I am facing a loss of nearly $[redacted] due to these changes, as I did not have travel insurance. Considering this circumstance beyond my control, I am inquiring if there is a possibility for a refund. Despite keeping my Orlando flight, I am eliminating the California portion. I seek reimbursement for the canceled part and seek clarity regarding why my Newark to Orlando booking had to be altered. I acknowledge my lack of travel insurance contributing to the fees but believe I should be refunded for the original ticket cost.

I have been on hold with CheapOair for an hour now. I need assistance with processing my expiring flight credits before December 31, [redacted]. Despite finally reaching a representative, they were unable to help me and disconnected the call. I risk losing $[redacted].17 in credits due to this issue. My son's medical emergency in May prevented us from taking the trip, and he is still recovering, making travel impossible for us. Please contact me to either refund me fully or extend my credits. Hello, I am Shiksha J. from Canada. I was scheduled for a return flight on the 20th from India to Canada via Paris. A day before my flight, I received an update from the airline that I would miss my connecting flight from Paris. I tried contacting the airline with no success, so I booked a new direct flight. Upon arrival in Canada, I reached out to CheapOair, and they informed me that my ticket was under the airline's control, limiting their ability to make changes. After contacting Air France, they indicated that my ticket was now under the travel agency's control. Despite multiple attempts over the past month, I have yet to receive a response. The airline now requests that my travel agency reach out to them. I seek a refund for this inconvenience. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in addressing this matter. Thank you.
