Every time I try to access anything on Chase's website, I have to navigate through a frustrating loop of contacting customer service. Currently traveling abroad, I am unable to access my account as Chase's phone verification system does not work with international numbers. I have incurred $26 in international call charges attempting to resolve this issue. While my iPad works only in the US, Chase's security measures force me to go through additional steps when traveling internationally. Given that I do not carry landlines when abroad, and Chase does not allow VoIP outside the country, it has become challenging to manage my account securely from overseas.

I need to freeze or deactivate my daughter's Chase credit card. Unfortunately, she passed away recently at the age of 21. I will be contacting the death department tomorrow, but in the meantime, I am looking to freeze her account to prevent any further unauthorized use. One of her accounts has already been compromised, and I want to take quick action.

I recently applied for a Cobra Automotive Amazon Business Account, but unfortunately, we were denied. The letter I received references #[redacted]73 and states that we already have a credit card ending in [redacted] with Cobra Automotive, which is not the case. We have never applied for a business account with Amazon for Cobra Automotive before, so I am confused by this information. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to speak with the card lending team to get this sorted. From, V.B. Office Manager

I have a Prime/Amazon Visa Chase credit card and received my paper bill due on 01/21/[redacted] with the last four digits of the card being [redacted]. I am disputing the $[redacted].96 Amazon order made on 12/20/[redacted] with the order # D01-[redacted]-[redacted] as I did not place this order during the holidays. I need to report unauthorized access to my residence, prompting me to re-key my apartment. I am a 75-year-old senior citizen living in a retirement community and suspect I may be targeted for theft. If you have any information on the charge or the shipment details, please share so I can report it to the police. Thank you.

Approximately four months ago, my credit card information was stolen, and significant charges were made on it. I disputed the transactions, canceled the card, and received a new one by mail, which I did not activate. I assumed that with the new card being inactive, there would be no charges to check on my online statements. Unfortunately, it seems that my information was stolen again, and another substantial amount has been charged. I contacted Chase a couple of days ago, but I believe the call was disconnected by the representative I was speaking to. Instead of trying to reconnect after the call dropped, the person did not make any effort to follow up, leaving me frustrated after waiting on hold for 45 minutes to reach the right person who could assist me with filing the claim.

I noticed that my account was charged twice for $75.99 by Huuman for a product I never ordered. The first charge was on January 7th when I made a purchase through my credit card. Unexpectedly, I was charged again on both February 7th and 8th for an order I did not place. After contacting the company, they explained the issue was due to a system error. Although they promised to refund me $75.99, I am concerned about being charged twice. I am seeking to prevent any future charges from Huuman on my account.

During my trip to a Vidanta Resort in Mexico on January 29, [redacted], I was compelled to attend a promised sales presentation at check-in for discounts on activities. Attending the sales pitch on January 31, [redacted], I was presented with various options and perks related to Vidanta properties. Despite being assured of comparable rooms at other resorts if I purchased a "time share," subsequent communication has been fruitless in clarifying discrepancies. Additionally, I was not advised of any cancellation period and was charged two unexpected transactions on my credit card. The rapid and pressurized conclusion of the contract left me unable to fully grasp the details. While I recognize the importance of asking questions before signing, the contrast between what was promised by the sales team and the actual outcomes is concerning.

After acquiring a new computer, I encountered issues signing into my Chase Slate account, as my contact information was no longer valid. After reaching out to customer service at [redacted], I found out that a new credit card had been sent to me nine months ago, which I never received. Despite my old card working fine, I was assured a new card would be sent. After receiving the new card and an email from Chase, I was advised to destroy the old card due to potential fraud concerns, though I haven't noticed any fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, I am struggling to verify the new card due to the automated system failing to assist without verification. Even contacting a live representative has been unproductive, with one promising to investigate but failing to follow up within the promised timeframe of 72 hours, which has now been 7 days.

I am experiencing multiple fraudulent charges on my credit card. Despite informing the company numerous times, the charges keep reappearing on my statement without clear details of the transactions, causing confusion and frustration. This issue has persisted since last October, and at eighty years old, I find it overwhelming and stressful. The lack of response and indifference from the company is disheartening. I have been a loyal customer for around fifteen years, diligently paying off my balance every month. However, the current situation requires someone more competent and effective to intervene. The mounting unauthorized charges are concerning, and I fear making a payment, as I worry it will not be properly credited. Even my bank, Bank of America, has become cautious of the situation. This ordeal has consumed countless hours and is negatively impacting my health. I seek assistance to resolve this distressing matter promptly.

I tried to buy a pair of shoes from Best.cheaponline2022.ru on June 12, [redacted], for $38.00 plus $5.00 for shipping, totalling $43.00, using Paypal connected to my Chase Card ending in -[redacted]. Normally, after choosing Paypal, you confirm the purchase on the vendor's site. However, I got stuck on the Paypal icon and couldn't approve the purchase. There are four pending charges on my card for $[redacted].43 each under "PAYPAL *TINGTING MU" on June 12, [redacted]. I've raised a dispute with Paypal, awaiting the seller's response by June 22nd. Can Chase reverse these charges? Should I close my card and get a new one? Thank you for your assistance. - Mary Ann M.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my Chase Visa card from BritBox, LLC for $73.84 dated 06/05. Despite contacting Amazon and confirming I don't have a subscription with BritBox since Feb. [redacted], the charge remains on my bill. After attempting to resolve this issue with Amazon multiple times, I've been redirected back and forth to Chase. In September [redacted], I received a call from a representative from GEEK SQUAD who connected me with John Morrison at [redacted] to process a refund to my Chase account. He mistakenly entered $60,[redacted] instead of $60, leading to confusion. He then advised me to withdraw cash and purchase Target Gift cards, which he asked me to provide the numbers for, resulting in depleted balances. Unfortunately, Chase denied my refund request, and my attempts to obtain a written response have been unsuccessful. I am now seeking assistance to recover the lost $3,[redacted] due to the fraudulent actions that left me feeling betrayed and in financial distress.

I'm having trouble logging in. When I input my ID, it doesn't accept my password. I believe I have a new account, and I need assistance from customer service. They're requesting my account number, which I can't find without my credit card. It's important to resolve this so I can settle my bill. Due to some hospital visits and a prior hacking incident, my computer was affected. I'm all sorted now and eager to pay off my balance and set up automatic payments again.

Hello Chase Slate, I have faced significant challenges since [redacted], including losing my home, battling illnesses, undergoing surgeries, and dealing with a divorce amid the COVID-19 pandemic. While I have managed to navigate through these hardships, I still have unresolved financial matters. I recently discovered an outstanding account listed under Jpmcd on my credit report, which I believe belongs to Chase Slate. I initially thought it was a paid car loan. Can you assist me in settling this credit card account, which reportedly has a balance of $[redacted]? Unfortunately, I do not have any records or the old card. Considering my circumstances, would you consider settling for $[redacted]? I was informed by Freedom Debt Relief that they often collaborate with you and that you are accommodating. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, Barbara W.

I made a payment of $[redacted].00 to Perfectly SQ Exteriors on August 1, [redacted], for a new roof installation. After being informed it would take a couple of weeks, I am still waiting nine weeks later on October 4, [redacted]. I requested a refund in late October due to the delay and the lack of communication. Despite calling twice and requesting callbacks, I have not received a response to date. I shared that I would be leaving for Florida at the start of October and requested they not proceed with the work in my absence. At this point, I am requesting a refund of the deposit. Thank you for your assistance. - M. F.

I recently received approval for a new credit card. However, I have not received the physical card or paperwork to set up an online account. Over the weekend, I received a warning on my phone regarding a $[redacted] charge on the card, but without having my account number, I couldn't speak to a representative when I called Chase today. After waiting for 41 minutes on the phone, the call was disconnected.

I purchased tickets from Tickets-Center.com, and their high-pressure sales tactics made me uncomfortable. I bought tickets before the presale date, causing anxiety about the seating. I contacted Chase, but they couldn't assist until the charge posted. I spoke with a Tickets-Center representative for 20 minutes, expressing concerns about receiving tickets last minute and the impact on my mental health. I halted the automatic PayPal payment, but the charge still went through. I am distressed and seeking help to dispute this charge promptly.
