Our street, Ardsley Road, located between Harvard and Queens, did not receive any newspapers this week, starting from Monday through Friday. Since our subscription includes both the Wall Street Journal and the Observer, the absence of one means we did not receive both. Despite contacting customer service, we have not received a satisfactory response as they mentioned they would refer the issue. This ongoing problem has affected our deliveries for some time now. Our weekly Barron's delivery, supposed to come with the Sunday Observer, is inconsistent, arriving every other week or every third week. Recently, there was a significant price increase of almost $[redacted] in our annual subscription, roughly 20%, while the service quality has decreased by at least 20%. This business approach is disappointing. We are contemplating canceling our subscription to the Observer and seeking a refund due to the frustration of not receiving the service we are paying for.

Today, Sunday, 12/05/[redacted], it is now 8:30, and the paper still has not been delivered. This occurs at least 2-3 times a week, and I am becoming very frustrated. I have had a home subscription for over 20 years, and unless the delivery issue is resolved, I will no longer continue as a customer. I typically wake up at 7:30, grab some coffee, and head outside for the paper, only to find it missing. It is truly disappointing. I do not wish to wait until noon to read the paper. Please assign a reliable delivery person who can ensure my paper arrives on time.

I received the paper only two days last week and three days the week before that. I got yesterday's paper but not today's. I filled out the online complaint form, but nothing has been done yet. Now, I am waiting for the text message and it was supposed to be with me "shortly," but it has been about 15 minutes already. I noticed a paper being delivered across the street from me on certain days. Please resolve this issue or cancel my subscription, refunding me the remaining fee. I am extremely frustrated and running out of patience.

On June 23, [redacted], I mistakenly made a payment of $1,[redacted].91 through Wells Fargo online banking to the Charlotte Observer when it was intended for my mortgage company, CENLAR. Despite several attempts, I have not been able to reach the Finance Department for a refund. I have contacted customer service 11 times, sent texts, posted on Charlotte Observer's Facebook page, and emailed individuals from the finance and editorial departments, but to no avail. I am in urgent need of assistance to retrieve the funds as I am retired and on a limited income. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Elisa Morris/Randy Morris

Truist keeps calling me about my automatic mortgage payment, starting on the 7th. I received another call this morning, even though my bank sent the check to Truist on the 3rd. This happened last month as well. They call me daily, even though the payment is already with Truist, confirmed by my bank. I was a BB&T customer for 20 years without issues. Now, I am bothered for a week before the payment due date of the 15th. Dealing with Truist's Customer Service is frustrating, with lengthy hold times of over 30 minutes. North Carolina should reconsider their banking license due to their poor service. If only you knew what I was informed of in April [redacted]!

I ended my subscription before expiration, but was wrongfully charged $17.15. Despite attempts to resolve this, I was surprised to receive notice of being sent to collections. Sean assured me on 11/22/22 that he would handle this with the agency. However, I recently received a second collection letter. I have contacted multiple times to address this matter. My account number on the letter is [redacted]44.
Thank you,

I need help with our paper delivery. The service has been good, but we haven't received the paper for the past two days, including the day after Thanksgiving when there are usually great ads.
When I tried to file a complaint, I was given instructions on fixing my printer instead. This whole situation is frustrating. We've been loyal subscribers for years, but I'm losing patience with the high costs and ongoing problems.

I'm uncertain if I'll get a response this time.
