I purchased a Chanel Flap bag during my vacation in Paris last June. Unfortunately, I didn't inspect the bag at the store and only noticed missing stitches after returning to the US. I took it to the Chanel store in San Francisco for repair, but after 6 weeks, the issue was not completely fixed. Despite my frustration, they refused a return. I am disappointed with their service and unsure of how to proceed.

I recently bought a 100ml bottle of Chanel No5 EDP from Duty Free at Puerto Vallarta Airport in Mexico. Unfortunately, I have not been able to detect any scent from the perfume on my skin or clothes. Even others haven't commented on it, which is really disappointing. My husband got it for me as a gift for our 30th anniversary, and he paid £[redacted].00 for it. I was expecting the classic Chanel No 5 fragrance to be noticeable, but that's not the case.
I'm wondering if the perfume might be expired or if it could be a fake product. I bought it from a legitimate Duty Free store at the airport, so I'm not sure how this could have happened. I hope you can provide me with some guidance on this issue so that we can find a solution.

Subject: Issue with Recent Perfume Delivery
I recently made an online order for Sycomore perfume and paid £[redacted].00 for it. After receiving a text notification that the parcel was on its way, I redirected it to my local Matalan store. I was informed of a specific arrival time but later received an email postponing the delivery. Today, when I went to collect the parcel, I was informed that it had been sent back without giving me the opportunity to pick it up. On reviewing the delivery notes, it seems DPD was unable to deliver to Matalan. I am worried as I need this item as a gift. Could someone please investigate this issue promptly? Regarding Chanel's Sycomore perfume order, I am facing a delivery issue. I paid £[redacted] and got a text about the delivery, which I redirected to Matalan for collection. Despite confirming the delivery, it was delayed and eventually sent back without my ability to collect it. The issue seems that DPD couldn't deliver to Matalan. I urgently need this item for a gift and would appreciate swift assistance with this matter. Thank you.

On Friday night, 3/4/20, I came across a Chanel computer error that resulted in 2 accidental orders of Chanel No5, costing £85. I immediately noticed this mistake when checking my bank statement and promptly contacted Chanel Customer Care through email to rectify the situation by canceling one of the orders. After receiving a response stating they would get back to me as soon as possible, I patiently waited over the weekend for their assistance. As they remained unresponsive, I reached out multiple times, only receiving generic emails in return. I sought help from Resolver to intervene, eventually prompting Chanel to allow me to return the unwanted perfume using a DPD returns label. However, upon opening the parcels on 7/4/20, I discovered that there was no DPD returns label enclosed in either box. Despite my efforts with Resolver, I have hit a dead end in resolving this issue. Losing £85 due to their computer glitch is a significant amount for me, especially as a 72-year-old pensioner.

I am disappointed with the new packaging for Le Gel Douche. I have been using Chanel No 5 for over 50 years and find the new plastic bottle very difficult to use. My 15-year-old granddaughter, who stays overnight, also struggled to use it. The hard plastic makes squeezing the container tough, especially with arthritis at 75. Even though I have 2 more bottles received for Christmas, the design is disappointing. Luckily, the purse sprays I received are fantastic. When testing new products, considering usability for all age groups is crucial.

I recently purchased a white square pearl crush handbag from Chanel at Saks in Atlanta on 10/12/[redacted]. After receiving the bag, I was disappointed to find scratches and stains on it, indicating it was defective. I promptly returned it once I received the return label, still in brand new condition with protective film on the hardware. However, the store manager, Heather Shaw, refused to process the return, and another manager with a rude attitude handled the situation poorly. I am shocked by the lack of customer service and accountability from Chanel. I have evidence, including videos, showing the condition of the bag upon arrival. I placed an order for 4 products on December 19th, but unfortunately, my order was cancelled because the billing address did not match the card's address. I didn't receive any cancellation email or a tracking number.
After contacting customer service and changing my credit card information, I was promised an email with the confirmation number WP1US[redacted], but I never received it. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and still haven't received my skin care products. Please assist me with this issue.
