We encountered a challenging situation during our attempt to board the ship. I disclosed the presence of an empty water bong, but without any marijuana, solely used for cigars. Upon inspecting my fiancée's bag, a minuscule amount of a white powdered substance, roughly 0.1 grams, was found. Initially suspected as drugs, the cruise staff involved the police. Subsequent testing confirmed it to be innocent powdered bayer aspirin for migraines. Unfortunately, by the time this misunderstanding was cleared up, the cruise had departed, ultimately leaving us stranded.

I have a booking reference number [redacted] for the Celebrity Apex Cruise departing from Fort Lauderdale on January 13th, [redacted]. I accidentally booked an Aqua Class Stateroom with an obstructed view, but I would like to change it to an Aqua Class Stateroom with no obstructions. I have been trying to make these changes from Ireland but have had difficulty despite multiple phone calls to various departments. During our recent Celebrity Millennium cruise on July 29th from Seward, Alaska, my husband and I seem to have misplaced a laminated Senior Pass in my possession. I suspect it might have been left behind in our cabin. While I understand it's a long shot, I wanted to reach out and inquire about the possibility of this pass being found and turned in to the lost and found department. The pass resembles a credit card but holds no monetary value. It is orange and bears the name Nancy Lindstrom, issued by Recreation.gov.

I had a booking on a Celebrity Silhouette cruise from Southampton, England, to Miami on October 20, [redacted]. Unfortunately, they denied boarding with various excuses and even prevented others from boarding, including an elderly couple from South Africa. The situation was distressing, and I fear it may have had severe consequences. I reported the incident to the Southampton police, but I was limited in taking further action due to insufficient details. I believe there may have been issues with cabin re-selling for higher prices, leading to the mistreatment we experienced at the Southampton Terminal.

I completed payment for my August 28 cruise on Beyond RT Rome in full. Currently on my trip, I received an email stating an additional charge of $[redacted] has been added, which is upsetting as we are already over our budget. I do not think it is fair to have to pay extra after settling the final amount. During booking, I was assured a midship room, but upon checking, I found out it was not midship. Additionally, I believe as a returning passenger, we should receive some kind of perk as other cruise lines offer incentives to past guests. This unexpected charge is unacceptable. Being seniors on a fixed income, we still have airfare and excursions to arrange. I think as a loyal customer, there should be a solution to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance. - K. J.

I was attempting to make dinner reservations for 3 couples using the Celebrity app, and somehow the account details switched to one of the linked couple’s information. As an Australian citizen, I am part of a group of friends planning to embark on a Celebrity Edge Luxury cruise starting from Rome on October 30, [redacted], and ending in Sydney on December 9, [redacted]. We have been researching Visa requirements for the countries we will be visiting during our journey. While we know we need E-Visas for India, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia, we are unsure about the Visa situation for Jordan and the port of Aqaba. It seems we can apply for an E-Visa beforehand for around $82AUD, but there is information suggesting that Jordanian Immigration officials might come on board the cruise ship to facilitate Visas for passengers when we reach Aqaba. Could someone please provide clarity on the Visa process for our stop in Aqaba?

I recently booked a cabin with a balcony for two adults and a 15-year-old child on the Celebrity Cruises website.
