Why are the seats labeled "Unassigned" when we already paid for them? I want to ensure that the seats we chose will be the ones we get. How can this be guaranteed?

I made a mistake in my companion's name on my flight booking. The correct name is Christian OLLERO, spelled without the extra "L". My booking reference number is [redacted]. Good morning! We are planning our Christmas and New Year's vacation in Iloilo from Davao. We have a question about adding luggage. We have traveled with Cebu Pacific before and found it affordable and comfortable. We plan to bring coconut seedlings to plant in our family's backyard in Iloilo, as dwarf coconuts are not available there. Can we bring four whole coconuts with their extract in our baggage? I made a domestic flight booking for my sister, Irine G., from Roxas City to Manila on November 10, [redacted], and received Reference # QP2L5B. However, Cebu Pacific has not sent me the booking confirmation yet. I have checked my emails, including the Junk folder, but have found no correspondence. The payment of £[redacted].90 to Cebu Pacific with Reference # 5J QP2L5B has already been charged to my credit card. I contacted the customer service team by phone from Hong Kong, and a staff member confirmed that the transaction did not push through. I was advised that the amount should be refunded to my account within 24 hours. I am wondering if I will be compensated by the airline for the flight rescheduling. I received an email from Agoda stating that our flight from MPH to CRK has been changed from January 15, [redacted], at 14:35 to January 16, [redacted], at 9:40. I have a question regarding my son's Japanese passport. Normally, Japanese passports do not include middle names, but my son's passport has one. Do I need to provide the middle name when booking, even if it's not requested in the system? On his passport, the name format is Family Name (Middle Name).
