I can't believe I spent hours on Black Friday putting together an order for my granddaughter. I texted customer service to change a shoe size, but they ended up cancelling my entire order instead of just the shoes. By the time I realized, everything was sold out. I'm incredibly upset for my granddaughter. It's disappointing to encounter such unhelpful employees.

I placed two orders in June, but I have yet to receive either of them. The tracking information for the last order I received is dated May 27, [redacted]. I have spoken with two customer service representatives who both assured me they would look into the issue, but I still have not received any updates or packages. One order was placed at the beginning of June, and the other was placed around June 14th. However, there is no record of anything being shipped in June on my tracking information. My subscription is set to expire tomorrow. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Al Wynn.
