Hello, I recently signed up for catholicmatch.com during a promotion with order #[redacted] linked to [redacted] However, my subscription was canceled and I discovered that I am now being directed to a different email address, [redacted], instead of the one I originally signed up with, [redacted] I purchased a 6-month subscription on 10/22/[redacted] and want to know why this change has occurred. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my recent experience with CM. After subscribing and creating my profile successfully, I faced difficulty uploading photos. Despite accidentally adding one, I couldn't delete it or upload others. Weeks later, I managed to add more pictures but struggled to remove the initial one. Upon contacting CM, they unexpectedly locked my account, requesting my ID. I complied by sending a photo of my passport, a common practice. Today, I received an email confirming my account closure, refund, and termination of service. I am puzzled by this outcome and wish to understand the reasons behind it. Hello, I'm seeking some assistance regarding my recent experience with CM. After signing up and paying my subscription, I encountered issues with deleting and uploading photos to my profile. Despite reaching out to customer support for help, my account was suddenly locked. Following their request for identification, I provided my passport photo. Unexpectedly, I received an email today stating that my account is now closed, a refund will be issued, and their services are no longer available to me. I recently started communicating with a member I am interested in, and my second message was cut off because I was typing on my phone and couldn't see the entire text. I accidentally sent a half-written message, and then I tried to send smaller messages to see what I was writing. Unfortunately, I didn't know about the rule limiting the number of messages before a reply, and now I am blocked until they respond. I would like my messages unblocked so I can reach out again. I would like to sign up for just one month and do not want my card to be charged monthly. If this website disappoints me like Christian Mingle did, I will cancel within 2 days for a full refund as I did with Christian Mingle. I hope this site offers something valuable. It's disappointing what is available and what is allowed in the name of Christianity. I hope my message is clear. If this site is unpleasant, I will request a full refund. Thank you.

Hello, Roger claimed I was a scammer today after expressing interest in me and sharing his email. I am baffled as I have not wronged him in any way. He viewed and liked my profile, but now accuses me of being a scammer. This situation is disheartening as I am genuinely seeking a meaningful connection with someone who shares my Catholic faith. It's concerning that he may be the one engaging in deceit, similar to others on this platform. I would appreciate guidance on addressing this issue as I am feeling quite distressed by these baseless accusations.

I regret to inform you that I accidentally deleted my CatholicMatch account after purchasing a subscription. I informed them that I chose to close my account due to not being in alignment with the site anymore. I am dismayed to have paid for the subscription and now feel like it was a waste of money. I am concerned about being charged further now that my account is closed and I cannot re-register with the same email. I acknowledge that I should have considered this before deleting my account and now realize I cannot recover it. I fear they may view me as foolish and worry about trying to reinstate my account. I regret the subscription fee I paid and the subsequent deletion of my account, leaving me feeling embarrassed.

I recently reached out to customer service about my password issue, which is now resolved. Yesterday, I received a call from Mr. Madison, who mentioned he was working from home due to Covid-19 on behalf of Catholic Match. He requested details about an incident where another user attempted to scam me. Mr. Madison claimed to be part of Catholic Match's fraud unit and assured me he would investigate. After speaking with the woman, he contacted me with additional information not shared previously. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach him as his voicemail is not set up. I'm struggling to access the site due to an error with my email address. The correct numeric field should be "[redacted]," not "^[redacted]," making my email address: "[redacted]" Despite being informed that the correction was made, the correct email still does not work. I feel stuck in a loop with this issue. Previously, I had successfully accessed the website but had no luck contacting any women. Recently, I uploaded a photo with my dog, Tyson, which was awaiting approval but has now disappeared, preventing me from logging in. Comparing this experience to the efficiency of Catholic Match from five years ago, where I encountered no issues, highlights the frustrations with the current setup of your site and the lack of progress despite having a larger staff.

I am trying to connect my computer and phone, but I'm not very tech-savvy. After coming back from a break, I paid for a 6-month membership, but now everything seems more complicated. I accidentally signed up for Catholic Match and did not authorize the $48 charge during their Valentine's Day sale. I have found someone at church and no longer need this service. Since 2/5/21, I noticed that my debit card has been charged four times for $29.99 each, totaling $[redacted].96. I did not authorize these payments nor sign up for this service. I am requesting a full refund for the unauthorized charges. None of my email accounts are linked to this service, and I have no affiliation with it. I value my privacy and would never subscribe to a Catholic religion service. I'm unsure how my debit card information was obtained, but I believe it was not done legally. I have tried multiple times to get permission to contact a member privately via phone or email, but customer service has not been responsive. Although the member has agreed to communicate with me, the website provides conflicting information. While one section advises caution and confidence in decision-making, the regulations indicate the opposite. I have retained copies of my emails to them, but have not received any replies. We are not engaging in inappropriate behavior, and this should be evident by reviewing our messages.

I have attempted numerous times to cancel my CatholicMatch subscription without success. I am extremely frustrated by the difficulty of this process. I am very disappointed with Catholic Match's handling of subscription cancellations. If I do not receive assistance with canceling, I will inform others about the challenges I have faced.

I cancelled my Catholic Match subscription, but I am still getting charged. In January, they deducted $[redacted].94 on the 9th, $29.90 on the 23rd, and $30 on the 5th.
