Good afternoon, This is John N. Chambarlis, DDS. I have been attempting to contact Carefirst for three days, spending 3 to 4 hours on hold. Unfortunately, I cannot dedicate that much time to being on hold as I also run a dental office attending to patients. I recently received a denied claim for a patient citing that I am not in-network, when in fact, I am. How can this issue be resolved? It is not acceptable to spend hours on hold, especially when it impacts the quality of care for my patients. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you.
