I've contacted multiple times through email and phone to cancel my warranty due to unexpected changes in the waiting period. Despite requesting the upcoming payment to be canceled as the warranty didn't cover the repairs, the payment was still deducted, leaving me to cover the costly car repairs. Even after several attempts to cancel, I'm still receiving bill notices. Waiting 4-6 weeks for the cancellation is not ideal, especially when the representative assured me the payment was stopped but it wasn't. Financially recovering from the pandemic, I'm on a budget, and paying for a non-beneficial warranty on top of the repairs is a nightmare. I seek a refund as the experience has been frustrating being misled and given the runaround.
