I often struggle to have breakfast on time, and I know how important it is. While my mom suggests eggs, I dislike them, but a breakfast smoothie would be perfect. I have neighbors with 12 kids, and preparing breakfast for them, especially on school days, is quite a challenge. Offering them a convenient breakfast smoothie would make their mornings so much easier. Considering how delicious Capri Sun juice pouches are, I believe a breakfast smoothie would be a hit. I received a coupon, but it doesn't cover the cost of the moldy drinks I purchased. I want a refund and another coupon. This mold issue is not isolated; others have experienced it too. I bought three packs of drinks, and all of them contained mold. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have known. I was only given 8 coupons. If this isn't resolved, I will escalate the matter. Hello, I wanted to share an incident that occurred on July 6th involving my six-year-old cousin and a Capri Sun pouch. Upon opening the juice and taking a sip, my cousin immediately noted a mold-like taste, which was concerning as he has never encountered mold before. Upon inspecting the pouch, we discovered a sizable black blob at the bottom, which appears to be mold. Despite checking the Capri Sun website for information on mold, I find this situation to be completely unacceptable. It is worrying that we should have to inspect every pouch for mold before consuming it. This incident could have had serious consequences for my young cousin's health. If there is a known issue with mold in the pouches, it is crucial for the company to redesign the packaging to prevent any other child from consuming mold inadvertently. My two-year-old asked for a Capri Sun, but then refused to drink it. When I took a sip, I found that very little came up the straw and it burned my mouth. Upon cutting the package open, I discovered something clear growing inside that seemed fermented. My child seemed to be in discomfort, pointing at his throat saying, “mama hurt” for at least 15 minutes. I’ve attempted to contact customer service, but the line is always busy. I am disappointed and seeking a refund. Additionally, as the director of a preschool where we usually purchase Capri Sun for the children, I can no longer justify giving it to them after this experience. Preventative measures need to be taken for this issue in the future.

I recently noticed that the fruit punch pouches now contain half the sugar they used to. I purchased a 30-pack of Capri Sun (3 boxes of 10) from Target in Batavia, NY on July 2, [redacted]. Upon opening the packaging, I discovered that one juice container was empty, and the remaining boxes and containers were covered in black and green mold. I recently bought two boxes of 12-pack Capri Sun in strawberry kiwi for my granddaughter's birthday party.
