I forgot to cancel my Pro subscription, and I was just charged. Even though I tried to cancel it before, the website was not loading properly, so I left it for later and forgot about it. Now, I need a refund as I cannot afford it. It has left me with only £30 in my account. Please process my refund. Thank you.

I have been in contact with Canva through email regarding my issue. I have three Canva accounts and have been a premium subscriber for a few years. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access my premium account as I do not have the password to my account or the associated Gmail address. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been successful in merging my accounts as suggested. I am requesting assistance in consolidating my accounts and would appreciate a credit due to the inability to utilize the premium service. I would like to request a cancellation for my recent membership as well as the previous one that I am currently being charged for. Due to my condition, Multiple Sclerosis, I struggle with memory issues, particularly when it comes to remembering to cancel subscriptions.
Several months ago, I initially signed up for your service but unfortunately missed the cancellation deadline due to my forgetfulness.
Recently, I signed up for the new membership because I encountered difficulty canceling my subscription through the computer interface. As I do not utilize Google Play, I couldn't find the option to cancel the membership.

I signed up for a 30-day trial without receiving information about when it would end or that I would be enrolled in a monthly subscription without notice. I was charged $19.99 from my bank account, which I would like to be refunded. Right now, I am not interested in a paid subscription and prefer to switch to the free package until I decide to buy the pro plan.

I didn't receive any notification that my free trial would convert into a $19.99 monthly subscription. I never used the paid package after the trial, so I'd like to cancel it, get a refund, and switch back to the free version until I decide to sign up for the annual subscription. I'm seeking a refund for my subscription. I was charged $[redacted], yet I never use the service. I attempted to cancel before the trial ended, but the website wouldn't allow it. I searched for a contact number to reach out, but couldn't find one. Consequently, my account was charged once the trial expired. Despite the service showing as canceled now, the charge remains. I want to speak to someone about obtaining a refund as I don't utilize the service, which should be evident from my account activity.

I believe I do not have a Pro Account with Canva. Although I once had one, I thought I had canceled it. I have been charged for another year through PayPal, the original method linked to my account, and I want to cancel it. I am unable to contact Canva as I do not have any of their information on my Mac or iPad. They do know my email because when I attempt to sign in, they send me codes. However, after entering the codes multiple times without success, I am certain that this method is not working. I have a copy of the invoice from PayPal, but I am unable to load it on this screen.
