My wife bought a Canon MX [redacted] printer back in August 23, [redacted], and it has been working well for over 6 years. I recently purchased a Canon TS 6420A printer on August 9, [redacted], less than 14 months ago, and it has been performing poorly. It consumes a lot of ink, produces low-quality images, and responds very slowly. Even though it's not a costly printer ($99, now on sale for $69.99), I would appreciate it if Canon could offer me a discounted replacement. The MX [redacted] is no longer in production, but I'm open to any suggestions for a similar replacement. Thank you for your help.

I am encountering issues with my printer, the G [redacted], serial number KMDT01098. The problem occurs on Windows 11, displaying an error message "Initialization failed, please restart the printer status monitor." I am unable to perform printer maintenance via software and have resorted to manually pushing menu buttons on the printer. To address this, I have already tried installing a new printer driver from the Canon website, running Windows 11 troubleshooter for printers, and uninstalling and reinstalling the printer multiple times.
