For the past three days, I've spent over 18 hours trying to address my issue. After providing my information including my SIN number, I was transferred to the E-Services unit regarding my locked CRA account showing CER.[redacted] - ACCESS DENIED. Despite reaching an E-Services representative who asked questions and received the necessary details, after saying he needed to do further checks, the call abruptly ended with a busy signal. This seems like a straightforward matter for CRA to resolve since I've already provided the required information. Hoping to have my account unblocked soon. Planning to try resolving it again on Wednesday at 9:10 am, unless someone can assist me sooner. Thank you. Frustrated Taxpayer. J. G.

I am seeking financial assistance as my insurance benefits have ended, leaving me with $[redacted].00 monthly. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression, especially after a hospital stay in May [redacted]. Despite feeling better and looking for work, the pandemic has made it challenging to secure a job. With nearly 20 years of experience as an ER nurse, I am currently unable to work due to a back injury and ongoing depression. I am hopeful that there may be assistance available to help me through this difficult time and prevent me from going back to a dark place where life felt meaningless.

I am seeking advice on a situation where a Canadian business in Toronto, including Entertainment Music Group, Cashbox Magazine.ca, and Cashbox Radio.ca under Sandy Jean Graham's ownership, has been unresponsive after I loaned them money. I reside in California and was connected to EMG for "management" purposes without being an official employee. The total outstanding loans amount to over $12,[redacted].00 USD, incurring high interest due to charges on my Visa card. The repayment delay is causing financial strain, especially considering I am mostly on a fixed income from part-time work and Social Security. Despite promises of prompt repayment, the loans have not been honored. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. Any assistance would be greatly valued. Thank you.

I need guidance on a situation where I lent money to a Canadian business in Toronto that is refusing to repay. I've been attempting to resolve this for almost a year without success. Are they required to report these loans on their business income tax returns? The companies involved are Entertainment Music Group, Cashbox Magazine.ca, and Cashbox Radio.ca, all under Sandy Jean Graham's ownership in Toronto. I'm based in California which complicates matters. EMG was supposed to act as my "management" company, not my employer. My goal is to have the loans repaid promptly. The outstanding amount is over $12,[redacted]. I used my Visa card for these transactions, incurring an interest rate of 17.49%. Repaying this will take up to 2 years as the original agreement to repay within a month or two was not honored. I was assured that the Canadian government would contribute once the business proved to be financially stable. I'm nearing 69 years old and on a limited income, making it challenging to cover both the loan and living expenses. Any assistance is appreciated. Contact me at +1 [redacted] if needed. I seek clarity from Canada Revenue on my options, urging them to pressure the companies to repay the loans and provide any further assistance possible.

I am facing several challenges that require assistance. Firstly, I was notified about a $[redacted] GST return check that I have not received. Secondly, I have been denied CPP Disability due to insufficient CPP contributions in the last four years before being recognized as disabled. Despite having Fibromyalgia, a condition that does not easily appear in standard tests, I faced years of pain while struggling to work. Unfortunately, doctors did not take my disability claim seriously, leading me to rely on alcohol for pain relief, which resulted in cirrhosis. I believe that the current rules for CPP are unfair to my situation and hope for a reconsideration of my case. The medical system's failure to listen to me earlier delayed my disability recognition, nearly costing my life. I request a review of my eligibility for CPP Disability. Thank you, Shawn M. F.

I recently contacted the CRA about my medical expenses. I was surprised to learn that the apparent errors I had filed against and had appealed were ruled against the CRA by a judicator in Nova Scotia. The supposed arrears were voided, and in fact, I do not owe any arrears. As a 64-year-old pensioner and caregiver to my wife, who is a double stroke survivor, and my disabled son, I face significant financial stress. The lack of updated information from the CRA, especially after the decision by the judicator, is concerning. Additionally, issues with the pension plan and property tax on native land have added to the financial burden. It is frustrating to deal with these challenges, especially with four people at home with disabilities not covered by insurance or the government. A written confirmation from the CRA stating that I do not owe any money would be greatly appreciated, given the past issues with taxes. Grateful for any assistance in clarifying my account status.

My name is Joseph Chao, and I reside at [redacted] E. Broadway, Vancouver, V5M 4V2. I am writing to address concerns about my T5 statements from Royal Bank relating to my investment account. I recently discovered that I was designated as the primary holder without my knowledge, resulting in me neglecting to report the income in my tax returns for [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], as I was unaware the account was in my name. The total interest earned over the three years amounts to $[redacted], of which I should only be responsible for 20%, equating to $[redacted]. The issue arose as Royal Bank sends a single T5 statement to the primary holder, hence Revenue Canada was unaware of the joint ownership, impacting my GIS and leading to back payments. Royal Bank suggests contacting CRA for guidance. I am requesting Revenue Canada to adjust my earnings and inform Service Canada accordingly to potentially recover some of my back GIS payments. I can provide the investment statements for verification. In the future, if Royal Bank continues sending consolidated T5 statements, I seek clarification on if submitting the investment statements with an explanation for the 20% declaration would suffice. Alternatively, forcing Royal Bank to issue individual T5s could resolve the issue. If needed, I am prepared to mail the investment statements for the specified years. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. I eagerly await your response. Sincerely, Joseph Chao

Hello, I am requesting assistance with receiving my July 3rd GST direct deposit from Revenue Canada. Although I previously forgot to update my bank information, I have since resolved this issue. However, my attempts to seek help have been unsuccessful, and the responses from Revenue Canada have been unhelpful. They have advised me to resolve the matter by myself, which I find impossible. I would greatly appreciate it if Revenue Canada could deposit the GST to my CIBC account at [redacted]-53 Stadacona Street, Wpg, Mb R2L1P8. I am facing financial difficulties in purchasing food and medical supplies that are not covered. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Sherril A. C. Birth date: Dec. 31, [redacted] I have sent numerous messages to Revenue Canada with no resolution. Due to my disability, I am unable to stay on the phone for an extended period. If possible, please contact me after 3 pm. I have provided all the necessary information I can think of.

I am a resident of South Africa who worked in Canada in [redacted]. While in Canada for the [redacted]/18 season, I filed my income tax return for Non-residents. After my work took me to the US with a final stop in Mobile, Alabama, I received a Government of Canada cheque for my tax return the night before leaving for South Africa. Unfortunately, I couldn't exchange it in time as we departed early the next day. Despite visiting multiple banks in South Africa, I have been unable to cash the cheque without a Canadian account that I can't reopen remotely. Contacting the CRA internationally has been costly, and I've faced challenges with dropped calls. I am urgently in need of the funds and request the cheque be reissued and the payment be sent via a swift transaction to my South African bank account. I have the cheque ready and can provide my details promptly upon request.

I have recently received an invoice from ReservationCounter.Com for a 4-night stay at The Westin in Calgary. On the receipt, there is a charge of [redacted].04 for "Taxes & Fees" which I need to separate for my employer when submitting for reimbursement. When I asked their representative to break down the taxes so I could identify the GST amount, they declined to provide this information. They even refused to email me to confirm this policy. This leads me to question if they are compliant with collecting and remitting GST as required. My employer needs the GST amount for my expense report, but I am facing obstacles in obtaining this necessary information.

I am unable to access my CRA account due to error ERR.[redacted]. I need assistance from an agent to unlock it so I can apply for a User ID and password to manage my account online. Despite calling for help over the past few days, I have not been able to reach anyone. I had two unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue, one a few months ago and the other just yesterday.

I applied for the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) during the pandemic outbreak while also seeking employment until waiting for approval of my old age pension. Following the government's guidelines on staying home, social distancing, and personal hygiene diligently has kept me healthy. Recently, I received a notification on November 26th regarding the repayment of the CERB funds. I want to mention that I am currently going through a divorce and separated from my husband, who is unable to assist financially due to his own issues in the UK. Presently, I am not in a position to refund the CERB amount. Once my old age pension is processed, I intend to make payment arrangements promptly. Thank you for understanding. Nilda J. I have sent my bank statements to the CRA as proof of income showing that I have earned the $[redacted]. I am anxious to know when they will reactivate my account. I'm unable to collect payments for the last three, and I risk eviction if I can't pay my rent. Despite distributing my resume, the job market is tough due to COVID-19, and I've not heard back from anyone since submitting the requested documents. It has been challenging to reach out to them. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Patricia Griffin. I visited your site to look for a job. When I accessed the job bank, it requested my SIN number. After entering it, I received a notification that my SIN is locked. This is my first time encountering this issue, and I'm unsure of what steps to take next. Due to the COVID-19 situation, my cleaning job with a friend has slowed down, causing financial strain. Unfortunately, my laptop and ID were stolen, leading me to believe they might have attempted to use my SIN number. I am unsure how to rectify this situation and would appreciate assistance. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you, Patricia.

Hello, my name is Donald Surette. I am experiencing an issue with my [redacted] tax return. I had completed both my wife's and my own tax return using U-File in March [redacted], but it seems to have disappeared. Our combined income tax return includes information from T4OAS and T4AP slips, which we've misplaced. Without these, I am unable to redo our taxes. We need these slips to be resent to us. Additionally, I need the T4RIF slips and will have to contact the appropriate parties for them. Can you assist us with this matter? Thank you.

I work for an agency supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. I am helping some to apply for the Disability Tax Credit. The form requires a legal representative to fill it out if the applicant cannot. I am unsure who would qualify or how to designate one. Can a parent act as a legal representative? Our agency handles tax filings for most residents, but are our accountants appropriate representatives? If not, how can a person with an intellectual disability appoint someone for this process?

I am in need of obtaining my earnings statements for the year [redacted] from my previous employer. I worked for a moving and disposal business, but they did not provide a document like an ROE with the amounts listed. Although daily records were maintained, I require this information to reinstate my COVID-19 supplement that I only received for one month in June. Before I proceed with amending my [redacted] tax return, I must have access to these earnings details. Can anyone provide me with guidance on how to obtain these statements and amend my tax return accordingly? Thank you.

Hello, I had trouble accessing my account. I waited for an hour and a half to speak with an agent, who was unable to assist me and transferred me to another agent. After waiting for two hours, the second agent asked for a security code that I didn't have. He wanted me to stay on hold to check if he could help further, but we got disconnected. Could you please send me my [redacted] re-assessment details? Thank you, Terry T.

I am unable to access my Individual CRA online account. I tried calling the [redacted] number provided for 2 days to resolve this issue but have been unsuccessful. Every time I enter my SIN number, it gets repeated back to me, but when I press 1 to confirm, the system indicates it did not receive any information and asks me to call again later. I have attempted to call over 30 times during all hours of operation without any luck. As a 72-year old individual currently unemployed, I urgently need to reapply for my CRB benefits. Is there an alternative number or method to reach a support agent and unlock my online account?
