ORDER #CS-[redacted] - UNFULFILLED ORDER CONCERN I am disappointed by the delay in fulfilling my order. Despite regular advertising, the products are not reaching the customers in a timely manner. I bought food a month ago and received no concrete information on its delivery status. The email I got last week only vaguely mentioned that it will be shipped "Soon," which is disheartening. Is "Jamie" the name of all your customer service representatives or just a generic tag? It would be appreciated if transparency regarding the order status is provided. It's frustrating to see continuous sales being made without fulfilling existing orders promptly. Customers deserve better than being left in the dark about their purchases. I am upset by the lack of honesty and follow-up in this transaction and hope for a resolution soon. Thank you to Mr. Tom Sciacca for your service, but the service provided here needs improvement.
