I've been attempting to go online, use their app, or speak to a live person at Caliber for over 24 hours now to make a payment on my mortgage. Unfortunately, none of these methods are functioning due to "maintenance." This issue is concerning because it may lead to late fees on my mortgage, impacting my ability to apply for certain refinance programs and potentially affecting my credit report. My main goal is to pay my mortgage on time, but the lack of communication options with Caliber is unacceptable in today's digital age.

I am seeking assistance regarding my tax exemption. I submitted the tax exemption form from the county via fax on 8/9/18. At first, I was informed it would take 20 days to process. However, when I followed up, I encountered a very rude representative who claimed there was no tax exemption on my property. I explained that as a [redacted]% disabled veteran, this exemption is my entitlement. I then contacted the county, and was informed that there is no employee named Ameeti there. Subsequently, I reached out to your company again and spoke with Supervisor Steve in the tax department. I provided him with the breakdown Christian emailed me, stating I owed $16.66 in taxes for the driveway, backdated to February [redacted]. Despite these efforts, my account still reflects the original amount due. I am eager to escalate this matter to someone in Corporate at the office of the President. Despite trying to reach Steve, I was directed to his voicemail. I am dissatisfied with the handling of my case and the disrespect I have encountered in pursuit of a benefit rightfully mine.

To Caliber Home Loans Customer Service Department,
I am writing to request the retraction of any late payment notifications sent to the three credit reporting agencies. Following Hurricane Irma's impact on my area in September [redacted], I contacted Caliber Home Loans promptly to explain my financial constraints due to unexpected expenses related to the hurricane. Caliber representatives assured me that I qualified for a three-month grace period on my mortgage payments, as I resided in the Hurricane Hardship zone. Despite continuous assurances from Caliber representatives and my proactive efforts to catch up on payments, late payment reports negatively impacted my credit score.
I maintained regular communication with Caliber, reassuring them of my intention to rectify the situation, which I eventually did by overpaying my mortgage. Prior to and following the hurricane incident, no payments were ever missed or delayed. I kindly request the removal of the late payment remarks from my credit report, considering the circumstances surrounding Hurricane Irma and the agreements made with Caliber representatives.
Your understanding and assistance in addressing this matter are greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
James O. Cote

I was in the process of getting a loan with Diamond Hunt. However, there were issues with my VA loan due to errors made by the agent who has since been terminated. Caliber said they would handle it with a different team, but I have not heard anything from them and feel left in the dark. My lawyer is now asking for phone records, and I am considering reaching out to the Attorney General's office for help. Caliber needs to resolve this situation promptly, or I may have to withhold payment. It is frustrating dealing with their lack of communication and mistakes.

I have completed all the necessary paperwork with Caliber for my loan. They handled everything from the appraisal to the pest inspection for my VA loan. It's frustrating that Caliber treats military veterans this way, especially those dealing with PTSD. Initially, I was working with another company, but Caliber convinced me to switch by sending a letter via FedEx. Unfortunately, my loan originator, Diamond H., seemed inexperienced and made critical errors. When I raised concerns about missed payments, she was let go, and my loan was mishandled. Despite promises from a manager to rectify the situation, I have received no further communication. I am pursuing phone records through my lawyer and have also sought assistance from the Attorney General's office.

I have been attempting for weeks to get in touch with someone in loss recovery at Caliber regarding a 2nd lien on my property that I was not aware of. Despite Caliber holding the lien, the debt was charged off to the IRS in [redacted]. It is crucial to release or resolve the lien before my ex-husband and I can settle the property. I recently received a [redacted] indicating a cancelled debt, but legal documentation is still required. I have reached out multiple times through emails and voicemails but have not received any response, even after being assured of a call back within 5 days, which was two weeks ago. I am being hounded by lawyers at work for updates, leaving me extremely frustrated with the entire process. I am desperate to find a resolution and move past this situation. Can anyone provide assistance, please?

Loan #[redacted] for Lynn C. was initiated on 7/13 to pay the mortgage bi-weekly. To comply, a month's payment needed to be made in advance. Starting in September, bi-weekly payments were made for two years until an unintentional payment error occurred in October [redacted]. Despite a longstanding clean credit record, this oversight tarnished it. Seeking Caliber's goodwill to amend this misreported late payment due to the unique circumstances, consistent payment history, and the prepayment practice established initially.

I am trying to reach a customer service representative as I am having trouble resolving my issue through the phone system provided. I want to make a payment into my escrow account instead of using easy pay, as in the past it was applied to my premium. My loan number is [redacted] and I received a letter regarding this matter. Despite entering my username and password, the website does not recognize me.
I urgently need this matter resolved before the end of December [redacted]. Additionally, I received a letter about refinancing but find it hard to trust a company I cannot easily contact.

I have encountered a payment issue with my FHA loan. A document was received from your company stating that my payments had increased from $[redacted].99 to over a thousand dollars. Initially, there was a communication mentioning a reduction to $[redacted].00, which seemed odd. I have consulted with three other mortgage firms, all of which confirmed that FHA loans can only be modified through refinancing. My request is to revert my payments back to $[redacted].99 as the PMI was previously included in the payments. We have regularly made ACH payments, so there might be a discrepancy if changes were made without our knowledge. I kindly request this issue to be rectified promptly, or I will consider legal action.

I recently received correspondence from Caliber that is confusing. Their notification said my payment was not processed due to an error in my account number. I tried to locate my account using my name and address but was unsuccessful. When I tried to pay my mortgage online, the system indicated that my account had been transferred to another servicer. I am unsure what this means and need guidance on how to proceed with my payment.
I have been attempting to contact Customer Service all day without success. Caliber's voicemail system seems to be causing difficulties. Whenever I call, I struggle to navigate the options and often end up giving up or remaining on hold until I am disconnected. I am frustrated by the lack of accessibility to assistance from Caliber.

As a current mortgage customer of Caliber, I have been attempting to obtain a quote and start the loan refinance process for a lower rate. Despite contacting them five times over ten days via email and phone, I have found it impossible to receive the information I need. I even unfroze my credit to allow them to check my high credit score for a more accurate quote, but have still not heard back. After a week of waiting for a response, I was told that no one from the team was available to assist me. I had hoped for a quick and easy refinance with the lender I have been with for 9 years, but their lack of communication and responsiveness has led me to take my business elsewhere. Additionally, I am now receiving a significant amount of spam messages, which is disappointing.

I need to make my November mortgage payment. Last month, I attempted to pay using my checking account but made an error leading to my Caliber mortgage payment not being processed. Fortunately, when I contacted support, a representative assisted me. I requested for any late fees to be waived due to my impending home refinance where the first month's payment is supposed to be covered. We expected the refinance to go through in October, but some issues delayed it. When I tried to pay on November 12, the automated system didn't recognize my account or the last four digits of my social security number ([redacted]). Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't make the payment. All I'm asking for now is to please settle my $[redacted].80 mortgage payment. My account number is [redacted]. Kindly consider waiving any fees. Thank you.

I am scheduled to close on my loan on 01/21/22, but Shawna is requesting my 1099s from [redacted] and [redacted] from SSA, which I don't have. I contacted SSA 6 weeks ago, and they mentioned they are behind in mail. I provided Shawna with an award letter from Social Security, but she seems unsatisfied. I receive disaster pay for training from the Government, and Shawna wants my boss to confirm this, but headquarters won't disclose that information. I feel frustrated with Shawna as she has all the evidence she needs. She could use my award letters to verify my SSDI. I receive direct deposit for SSDI and my training job. Shawna is based in the Fond du Lac office. Can anyone advise me on what to do next? Thank you, Suzanne.

I have sent six emails regarding the issue where I was reported late in February and March, despite the loan being paid off in January, with proof of mortgage satisfaction enclosed. I have spoken to Dennis in the escalation department on November 15, Veronica on December 13, Alima with ID AL3, and Maria with ID MS5 on December 19. Today, December 23, I tried calling but the office was closed. It has been 38 days without any response.
I am unsure of what to do next or why my emails are not being addressed. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am having trouble logging into my account online. Recently, I changed my phone number and am currently staying with my mother in Europe to take care of her. I used to make my mortgage payments online, but after the phone number change, I am unable to log in to make payments for my apartment in Chicago. Even though I reside in California with my daughter, I am temporarily in Europe at the moment. I need assistance to resolve this issue as I need to make my mortgage payment online. My name is G.Nowicka.
