My appointment was scheduled for today between 8 AM and 12 PM. I reached out to customer service at 1 PM, and they mentioned attempting to contact me through my phone, but there were no incoming calls. They also claimed that the technician came to my address, but neither I, my wife, nor our four kids heard anyone knocking. My account is up to date in terms of payment. After waiting one and a half weeks following a house fire for them to send someone to our new address, this lack of communication is frustrating.

**URGENT REQUEST: NO WIRELESS REQUIRED**
I recently placed an order for service yesterday. I will be working from home using one laptop primarily for data entry and utilizing a VOIP phone. My employer strictly requires an Ethernet connection with specific speeds of 16 Mbps download and 1.8 Mbps upload for work purposes.
I explicitly do not want any wireless options or additional features as my phone does not require internet access.
Could you please confirm whether I need a modem and router for my setup? I will solely be using the laptop for work-related tasks.
I urge tech support to review my order promptly to ensure it is correct. I have a cable connection appointment scheduled for this Saturday, 3/9/19, and would appreciate a resolution by tomorrow.

I have contacted multiple New Wave customer service representatives regarding ongoing issues with my cable service in Seelyville, Indiana. Channels such as Cspan 1 and 2, Trinity Broadcast network, Turner Classic Movies, channel 45, and Inspiration channel are consistently breaking up and flickering, impacting my viewing experience. Despite troubleshooting on my end and confirmation that others in the area are experiencing similar problems, the resolution has been slow. I pay $[redacted] a month for basic service without any premium channels, yet the service quality on these essential channels has been disrupted for weeks. Technicians have been unable to resolve the issue effectively in the past, leading to frustration and inconvenience. The inconvenience of having to wait all day for a technician when the issue likely lies outside of my home adds to the dissatisfaction. As a long-time customer of Brazil Cable, New Wave, I hope for a prompt resolution to these persistent problems in the Brazil Seelyville area.

I am with W&W Fiberglass, and I have noticed a sagging cable line crossing Hwy [redacted] & [redacted] that belongs to Cable One. This line is in the path we use to transport steel tanks from W&W Tank & Vessel. It's crucial to have the line raised promptly to prevent any incidents with our tanks. I've been attempting to contact someone about this matter due to the urgency of the situation. Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated since we must use this route regularly. Thank you.
