Order number [redacted]02 was received with one chipped mug and another with the handle broken into multiple pieces. While I like the mugs, I am hesitant to reorder fearing a repeat of the damages. During my visit to FedEx to return the items, I discovered a charge of $7.50 for shipping the broken mugs back, which I find unfair as I did not cause the damage. The FedEx staff mentioned that the return label was incomplete, lacking a space for the drivers to sign, increasing the risk of the items being sent back to me instead of returning to Cabela's. I have been a loyal customer for the past two years, but due to the deduction in my refund and the challenges faced in the return process, I am considering shopping elsewhere.

I am attempting to return a product bought from Cabela's that was shipped by Berne Apparel. The packing slip displays an order #[redacted] and a PO #[redacted] but they aren't valid for returns on Cabela's website. After contacting Berne Apparel, they mentioned the purchase was made through Cabela's, and the PO # is the accurate reference. I am seeking assistance with processing the return.

I visited the Christiana store on February 5th at 7 pm to inquire about a Henry rifle at the gun counter. They had a barcode to scan for a virtual queue, but I didn't have a smartphone. Despite eventually being helped, the staff seemed frustrated and struggled with the system. When I asked about the rifle, I received a dismissive response. After calling from the parking lot, I was informed they didn't have it. While I understand the changes due to Covid, the lack of personalized service is disappointing. I feel Cabela's focus on profits overshadowed their outdoor retail roots. I may avoid shopping there in the future due to this experience.

I made a purchase from Cabela's and needed to return it. I requested 3 return labels, but the customer service agent was unhelpful. When I mentioned I was already at FedEx to return the items, the agent laughed and suggested I should be more organized. I ended up having to buy a large box to hold all three items as I was only given one label. It's been 5 weeks and I'm still struggling to get a refund. Due to the pandemic, I am currently not employed and could really use my money back. The items have been in the computer system for 2 weeks already. Please assist me with getting my refund for order W[redacted]01.

I purchased a 4-day vacation for $[redacted], and I was informed by the salesman that I could choose hotels like Hilton or Marriott. However, when I contacted the company to book, I was told I could only stay at specific resorts listed by the company. This was not what I was led to believe, and I would not have agreed to these terms. I am simply requesting a refund of $[redacted], minus the $50 gift card that was provided to me. I am a frequent shopper at your store, and I believe that better service should be provided by the company.

Order #: W[redacted]28 | Order date: Mar 7, [redacted]. Yesterday, March 11th at 2:11 PM, I received an email stating that my order was delivered to my front door. Upon checking, I discovered nothing outside. I searched my side and rear doors, and even checked with my neighbor, but there was no sign of my order. I have contacted Cabelas about the missing delivery but have not received a response yet. The order was paid with my Cabelas credit card. I have been a Cabelas customer since the early 1960s. I kindly request Fed Ex or the relevant courier to track this package. I expect not to be charged for an undelivered order. Thank you. WMSmith

Hello! My name is Tammy Franek, and I recently bought a recliner along with a small attachable table top. Unfortunately, I noticed that the chair is missing the connector piece on the arm, and there is slight scratch damage on the upper head of the recliner. I have photos of these issues for reference.
Despite these concerns, we absolutely adore the recliner! It has made a significant difference for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, as he can easily move across to watch TV and movies with me now. Thank you so much for providing such a helpful product.
