I recently discovered that I inadvertently purchased Travel Insurance twice from your company for my upcoming trip to Wrightsville Beach from July 17-24. I was not informed that there were two separate policies available for the same property through both VRBO and Bryant Rental company, both under CSA Travel Protection, with one being G-330COAST (Master Policy # TMP100010). According to your policy, it is not allowed to have two policies covering the same event, and I would like to cancel one of them to avoid being double charged. Although I am aware of the no cancellation policy, having two policies simultaneously is not practical. I paid $[redacted].26 for Policy 21029Z7419 through VRBO and $[redacted].55 for policy G-330COAST through Bryant Realty. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter as it creates a conflict of policies that should not have occurred. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

I submitted a claim to CSA for the loss of rental fee on a vacation home in Florida. I bought rental loss insurance through CSA/Gerbaldi for the week-long rental. However, I had to cancel the vacation due to two hurricanes, a Covid-19 warning related to our health, and my wife's health issues. I have made two refund requests to the company for just the rental fee, excluding any other expenses. Despite multiple phone calls, I have been unable to reach the claims agent or anyone else to assist me with my claim.

I have been trying to reach a live person at your company for hours without success. Today, I booked a property through VRBO and declined the offered travel protection insurance during checkout. However, my credit card was still charged $99. When I tried to address this issue, I couldn't find anyone to assist with customer complaints. I had to cancel my trip and credit card transaction, but VRBO instructed me to contact the insurance provider, providing me with your number, 1-[redacted], which only leads to a recorded message. I am frustrated and seeking a refund for the unauthorized charge. VRBO provided me with transaction number [redacted] for the 2-day trip to Ontario on June 16-18. Kindly process the refund promptly as I did not opt for this service and the situation has caused inconvenience and forced trip cancellation. I am discontent with the lack of customer service and hope for immediate resolution. My details are as follows: Kathleen McDonald, [redacted], [redacted]. Please rectify this issue promptly as this was not a service I wanted nor requested.
