Hello, my name is Sallie, and I've been experiencing issues logging in to my account multiple times. Despite setting it up twice, I still can't access it. I've reached out to customer service three times regarding service problems. Last night, my car reset my phone, leading to connectivity issues with wifi. Throughout my time with cspire, I've had no service at all. I require my phone to be unlocked so I can change carriers without any additional charges for a service I was unable to utilize. Even attempting wifi calling was unsuccessful as it prompted me to contact customer service, which I did, but the issue persists. Unfortunately, my phone's condition worsened after interacting with customer service.

I switched to CSpire about 4 or 5 months ago, and I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. The representatives I've spoken to on the phone have been courteous and knowledgeable. When I visited my local CSpire store, the staff's courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism convinced me to switch my service to them. However, I have been having problems with the on/off button of my recently purchased XR. Unfortunately, my phone's screen went black and will not turn back on, despite my attempts to do so multiple times. If I had contacted CSpire immediately about this issue, I have no doubt a tech would have helped me resolve the problem.

I had to go to the store to address billing issues and called to pay my balance over the phone. However, they couldn't locate my number or social on file, which has happened before when I visited the store. After waiting for 2 hours, they still couldn't find me, even though I have been a customer for over 2 years. The price for two lines was supposed to be between $[redacted]-$[redacted], but it unexpectedly increased to $[redacted] without any prior notice. When I tried to pay off my balance on June 25, it showed a zero balance remaining. However, in July, I received a message threatening to cut off my phone service in 3 days unless I made a payment. I called, and they claimed I had a late charge of $[redacted], paid on June 26, and now owe $[redacted]. This doesn't add up because this charge wasn't reflected when I paid on the 26th and then charged me again on July 1st. I refuse to pay this amount. The store representative implied I paid $[redacted] each month, which is incorrect. It was the remaining balance from June, and I should have been clear for July's bill. I am frustrated with this situation.

I am overwhelmed by the variety of options available... I am disappointed with the mobile Hot-Spot service I am paying for, especially when I am at home and need it the most. When I contacted customer service, I encountered a lengthy recording with options, but pressing the corresponding number did not lead to any progress. It was frustrating to navigate through the menu and not receive any assistance. I invest a significant amount of money in this company, yet the service provided is subpar. I am left wondering, what is happening, C-Spire?

I received the new SIM card by mail and called three weeks ago to have it activated. A ticket was opened to investigate the issue, but my phone is still not working. I paid over $80 for this service and have not received any updates. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from the company. My cellphone callback number is [redacted]. Thank you.
