I need to address my concerns with order #[redacted]. I purchased multiple Almay one coat mascaras, but three of them appear to be dry, as if a significant amount has already been used despite being new. Furthermore, the wands in these three tubes are damaged, affecting the application. I have been a loyal customer and previously never encountered problems with this product.
