What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Buymebeauty.com allows customers to return any unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes customers may change their mind or are not satisfied with their purchase, and we want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team or submit a return request through their online account. Once the return is authorized, customers will receive a prepaid return label to send the product back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, a refund for the full amount, excluding shipping fees, will be issued within 5 business days. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products, unless there is a defect or damage during transit.
