Last month, I subscribed to Business Insider but canceled it soon after due to accessibility issues. Despite the no refund policy, I've been unable to read the articles with my blind software. I've tried contacting Business Insider unsuccessfully. My subscription ended on May 18. I believe I deserve a refund since the service isn't compatible with my software. I feel it's unfair and discriminatory. I will continue reaching out in hopes of a positive response. It would be appreciated if Business Insider could make their news accessible to all. Please consider my situation. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I am requesting a refund for a one-month subscription I had. I wasn't able to cancel immediately as I discovered your system doesn't support voice reading, which I rely on due to my visual impairment. I've been trying since April 18 or 19 to access your website with no success. I need software to read content aloud, but Business Insider's platform is not compatible. Despite my efforts, I paid for a full month without benefiting from the service. This feels unjust and discriminatory. I have canceled my subscription, but I believe I should receive a full refund given the circumstances. Thank you.

I have noticed that I have been receiving monthly charges from Business Insider without my knowledge or consent. I am unsure of how this occurred as I never signed up for their services. I am seeking an explanation for these charges and would like a refund. I have attempted to contact customer service without success, adding to my frustration and concern over this matter.
