Burton Customer Service Issues

Our son has a pair of Burton gloves that were purchased earlier this year. Yesterday, while snowboarding, he noticed a few cracks on the front (inner part) of his right glove. He is surprised by the wear because he expected them to last longer. He loves these gloves and appreciates how warm they keep his hands. The tag inside has the number [redacted] CN [redacted], size L, and the outside tag mentions Gore Tex. The mittens are dark tan with a black thumb and black front side. The wrist area is also dark tan. We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider replacing his gloves. He speaks highly of your products, and we want to continue supporting and recommending Burton to others.
