I bought the Forsaken DLC on my PSN account, spacewolf4114. I play on both PS and Xbox with the account Spacewolf4114. However, the DLC did not transfer to my Xbox account, although the weapons did. I'm unable to access the paid content like DLC, story missions, or specific quests like Chaperone on Xbox. I'm trying to figure out why the content isn't showing up on my Xbox.

I am currently trying to authenticate my cross-save data and transfer my Destiny 2 characters from my PS4 account XxBIGBOSSxX2 to my Steam account, Big Boss. While I can authenticate both accounts, I am being prompted to authenticate an old sub-account gamertag on my Xbox that I haven't used in 10 years, even though there is no Destiny 2 data associated with it. I have tried multiple emails without success. Microsoft informed me they can't do much as they can't find that gamertag anymore. I also attempted to unlink the Xbox account through my Bungie account settings but was unsuccessful. This Xbox account is the obstacle preventing me from completing the transfer as all accounts need to be authenticated before I can proceed.

In the new cross-save feature, I accidentally unpaired my account linked to Xbox, PlayStation, and Steam while trying to switch saved data from one PlayStation account to another. When I unpaired everything, it informed me of a 90-day wait period. I linked my main PlayStation account but was unable to link the others due to the cooldown. I've been eagerly waiting for Destiny 2 to become cross-play for 2-3 years, just purchased 3 expansion packs on PlayStation, and really want to play with my friend. Lately, I've encountered a persistent issue while playing Destiny 2. Multiple times, when attempting to return to orbit after playing for a while, the game freezes either when opening the navigation or when trying to select a destination. Despite various attempts like changing internet connections, restarting the Xbox, and even reinstalling the game, the problem persists. Interestingly, creating a new guardian on the same account doesn't experience the freezing issue, indicating that the problem may be specific to my main guardian account. I've ruled out console and internet connection issues with Xbox support. There are no error codes provided, leaving me puzzled about the cause. If anyone has experienced something similar or has a solution, I would greatly appreciate the help. It's frustrating to face this obstacle, especially when other game functions work smoothly. If there's no resolution, I might have to consider stepping away from Destiny 2, which I enjoy. Hopefully, Bungie can assist me, as this seems like a unique situation that needs attention.

During the 30th anniversary event, while playing the core game mode, I encountered an issue. I unintentionally unlocked items needed for later quests to obtain the new gun. This dilemma arose when the game asked me to acquire the same item I already had. Consequently, I am unable to progress in the quest line and obtain the exotic gun. Hello, I recently encountered an error code "NIGHTINGALE" while playing Destiny 2 on my PC. Initially, I managed to resolve it after about 30 minutes and played for over 3 hours. However, after purchasing the "Legendary Edition" on Steam and reopening the game later, the same error code reappeared. Despite attempting the recommended troubleshooting steps to fix the issue, I have been unable to resolve it so far. I am reaching out in the hopes of receiving assistance with this problem.

I was recently banned from PVP unfairly for two months. As my ban is due to be lifted today or tomorrow, I am seeking more clarity on the reason behind the ban. The explanation given was poor connectivity, which I had addressed before the ban. I am curious to understand if the ban was triggered by detection methods or due to multiple reports. If it was due to reports, I am eager to know if they were valid or unwarranted. As someone who has enjoyed this account for over 17 years without any issues, I am now unsure about the consequences of another ban. Will a future ban be permanent? Hello, I am returning to Destiny after taking several breaks. In the first year, ornaments were released for the banner armor, but I can no longer find them on my Hunter and Arcanist. I am quite frustrated as I specifically played to earn the cloak ornament, the Hunter helmet, and the Arcanist helmet. Do you know why they are not showing up in my collection anymore? Another issue I have is during the Faction Rallies, I have always supported Dead Orbit, yet I now have the colors of New Monarchy instead of Dead Orbit's colors and emblem. Why do I have colors from a different faction when I have never been affiliated with them? If it's not possible to resolve the color issue, that's okay, but I am very troubled by the missing armor ornaments. I find them beautiful, and not having them anymore is quite bothersome since Destiny is a crucial game for me, being the only one installed on my console. It is disheartening to lose what I worked hard to achieve. Thank you in advance for your assistance in addressing these concerns as I am feeling quite frustrated.

Despite being active since D1 and having skilled members, our founder, Marvin Kuan, passed away at the beginning of S14 due to cancer without transferring the Founder status to an admin. I was informed that Marvin shared his login information before his passing, but that turned out to be untrue. We are not seeking access to his account but requesting the Founder status to be reassigned to our admin, Kissell, to continue operating as a clan. Marvin Kuan was an esteemed raider and sherpa, contributing significantly to Destiny. We are hopeful that the clan can carry on in his absence without losing the community we have nurtured. I would like a refund for the year one expansions that are now inaccessible after a year away. I am unable to continue where I left off due to the locked content. Alternatively, I request access to the Shadowkeep and Beyond Light DLC. The changes made to the game are disappointing; I purchased the $[redacted] season pass with year one DLC included, but now this content is gone. The original content has been removed, leaving me unable to progress in the campaign. Everything seems to be locked behind paywalls, making the game unenjoyable. I seek a reimbursement for the deleted content or compensation in the form of Shadowkeep and Beyond Light DLC. The current situation is unacceptable.

Dear Destiny Team, I have been a devoted player of Destiny since the release of the original game. Despite my busy schedule managing university and work, I cherish every moment I can spend in the game. As a thoughtful birthday gift, my friends gave me the new Destiny 2 expansion, The Witch Queen, on Steam. However, I usually play Destiny 2 through the GAME PASS model, which posed a challenge since the gifted copy was for Steam. I am hesitant to ask my friends to return the gift due to their limited knowledge of gaming and current work commitments. I am wondering if there is a way to consolidate all my DLC versions into a unified access point, allowing me to enjoy The Witch Queen through my existing GAME PASS subscription where my other DLCs reside. I am looking to have my PlayStation and Steam accounts linked by Bungie. Unfortunately, my PlayStation was thrown away, so I am unable to play on that platform. I have a PC and initially linked the wrong accounts but was unable to change them without disabling cross-save. I now have to wait 90 days to relink them, but I am turning 18 in three months and won't have as much time to play. I enjoy playing Destiny and recently purchased the newest DLC to play with my friends. I hope Bungie can help me overcome this obstacle so I can continue my gaming experience without starting over and losing years of progress.

I would like to change my Destiny 2 in-game ID for privacy reasons. When creating my in-game Bungie ID, I mistakenly used my email address. Now I feel a bit unsafe with that information out there. I've been trying to change it for a few days but couldn't figure it out. One of my clan members mentioned that I should reach out to Bungie via email for privacy reasons. I'm not sure if this is the correct way to address the issue, but I hope to get a response from Bungie soon. Thank you.

Since the server maintenance a month ago, I've been experiencing NAT 3 issues with Destiny 1. Despite following all the recommendations on your website like opening ports, using UPnP, and even trying the DMZ option, I'm still facing issues. I cannot access areas like the tower or the reef, and joining my friends or playing in the Crucible is nearly impossible. As someone who spends a lot of time helping and teaching new players as the leader of my clan, this is incredibly frustrating. Playing my favorite game has turned into a frustrating experience, which I never would have anticipated after playing consistently for the past 7 years.

Hello Bungie team, I am facing an issue with my Bungie account name. I mistakenly selected a different username than intended. Although I knew I could only change the name once, I still ended up with the wrong one. I was only trying to check the length of the name, and accidentally confirmed the wrong one. I recently got banned on Sunday while playing trials on Steam with friends who just returned from deployment. During the 4th match, I got kicked with a "weasel" error and found out I was unable to log back in as I had been banned. After reading Bungie's terms of service, I discovered a section about third-party applications on PC which mentioned that Razor Cortex, a program I use regularly, should not be used with Destiny. I submitted a ban appeal explaining my situation, emphasizing my long history with the game and my lack of interest in cheating. I have invested a lot of time into Destiny, achieving day 1 raid clears and all the seals in the game. It's disheartening to be banned over something I was unaware of, especially when no cheats were detected by Battle Eye or Steam VAC.
