Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Paul Kratz, the NMRIL Build Engineer for the JENM Project in San Diego. I am encountering issues with accessing my Buffalo TeraStation [redacted] (TS5810DN) which is connected directly to my laptop. As we have no internet access, I require assistance in changing the password to regain entry. Despite attempting the "admin" account with the default password "password," I am unable to authenticate. Any advice on resetting the password or an alternative method to access the TeraStation would be greatly appreciated.
