I have recently received three 24 packs of Budweiser from Clearwater Beer and Wine Store in Canada. Unfortunately, each time, one of the cans has been empty. After contacting the company about the second incident, they promised to send a compensation check for the inconvenience, but I never received it. Now, with a third occurrence, I am quite frustrated. I am even considering changing brands due to this ongoing issue. Could you please inform me when I will receive the compensation for the two previous incidents involving the empty cans? I have made efforts to resolve this matter, and I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I have been collecting your holiday steins since [redacted]. This year, I purchased one, but I must say I was very disappointed. The stein looks cheap, the scene resembles a comic book, and the quality does not match the price increase. My collection holds sentimental value, but if the quality keeps declining, so will my interest. Despite considering not buying a stein this year due to the poor quality, I did so anyways. I have always looked forward to adding to my collection every year, but I am concerned this may be my final year doing so.

I own a 4-can Holiday collectible set of Budweiser. At 55 years old, I enjoy 6 to 10 of your tasty Budweisers daily. I've collected 3 cans from the set, but I'm missing the Dalmatian can. Is it like a "Where's Waldo" situation? Can I purchase one from you? I'm a loyal customer.

I purchased a case of your Christmas beer as gifts for loved ones. The case was supposed to contain three different cans: red, green, and white. However, upon opening it, I only found the red and green cans. Unfortunately, the desired white can with the fog design was missing from the entire case. It's disappointing as I had hoped to include it in the gifts. While $20 may not seem like a lot, especially during the holiday season, it matters. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter so I can complete the presents as intended. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I purchased a case of your limited edition Christmas beer in cans as a gift for special friends. However, I only received the red and green cans and missed out on the white cans. Unfortunately, the missing white cans with the dog and horses design were the ones my friends were looking forward to the most. While $20 may not seem like a lot, every dollar counts, especially during the holidays. I would greatly appreciate assistance in obtaining the specific white cans to complete their Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I cannot visit a store to try and find them individually. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The Budweiser distributors in Mineola, TX and Wood Co, TX distributed flat beer with no carbonation, which can be unsettling. It seems the issue stems from leaving the alcohol outside in the sunlight for at least an hour before stocking stores in Mineola, TX. The intense Texas sun and heat likely contribute to this problem. It would greatly improve the beer quality if an alternative method of distribution could be employed that avoids exposing the alcohol to direct sunlight and heat. As a loyal customer, I hope that a respected company like yours can find a solution that ensures the beer maintains its taste and quality. Your attention to this matter is appreciated as I prefer not to stop supporting your brand after being a customer for many years. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Hello,
Is there anyone in your company who speaks French? Nowhere on the website do you provide a number to reach customer service in French. We are not customers, based on the service you provide, but you do like to sell your products in Quebec. I have been buying your products for several years, and I have never needed to contact you before. However, today I am trying to reach customer service for an issue, and all the numbers to reach you are in English only, and they hang up as soon as I speak, except for one who gave me another number for French service and when they answered, they acted like the others. I only wanted to enter the Dream Patio contest and the numbers (PIN) on the two boxes are not valid. It seems like you have to speak in English to participate, but your advertisements are in both languages. I can tell you, being hung up on three times is not pleasant. As a customer, I wonder if I should continue buying your products after this.
Thank you for reading my message in French, if it is still possible.

I had an injury at a 7-Eleven store on October 29th involving a loaded dolly blocking the aisle. After speaking with Eric Simmons, I was asked to wait for the Safety Department from Budweiser Anheuser Busch to contact me. Despite multiple attempts to follow up with Eric Simmons on November 1st, 3rd, 5th, and today, October 8th, I was informed there is nothing he can do for me and he refused to provide me with the contact information for the Budweiser Corporate Office. I had to seek medical attention for my knee and missed four days of work. I am still waiting for a response before considering legal action. Thank you, Catherine Hadley.

I have a question about a potential advertising opportunity to put a sign on my car for a payment. I received a text message from the Wix app regarding "The Bud Light Concept Paid to Drive" where I can earn $[redacted] monthly by driving around my city, Toledo. I'm interested but cautious about the legitimacy of this opportunity. I can provide you with more details if needed. Please contact me at [redacted]. If this is a valid opportunity, I wouldn't mind having a Budweiser sign on my car. Thank you, Kim.

I am interested in discussing the possibility of Budweiser's Clydesdales coming to Plymouth, Massachusetts for the 400th-anniversary celebration of the pilgrims' landing. It's disheartening that they won't be here this year as it's a cherished American tradition, especially during such a significant event. Many people traveling far and wide to participate in the [redacted]-year commemoration would love to see them. I've reached out to L. Knife and Son, the nearest distributor, who unfortunately informed me that the Clydesdales won't be attending. Given the importance of this occasion, I urge Budweiser to reconsider their decision not to bring the Clydesdales to Plymouth.

Hello, I just wanted to express my disappointment when I tried to buy my husband's yearly Budweiser Christmas beer stein and was informed that I had to purchase a 12-pack of Budweiser, even though my husband only drinks Bud Light. I have been purchasing these steins from you for years, and my husband eagerly awaits his annual addition to his collection. Now, I am left with a 12-pack of regular Budweiser that no one will drink. Extremely Disappointed.

During the summer, around June, I bought a 12-pack sampler of Bud Light Lemonades. While consuming the cranberry flavor, I encountered large pieces that I accidentally swallowed. After contacting customer service and discussing the matter with a helpful representative, we settled on sending a $50 check to address the issue. However, I have yet to receive the check, and I am unsure if it was never sent out or if it went missing in transit.
Sincerely,

I just watched your "clip for the Super Bowl" and someone needs to do their homework about fencing horses. Anyone who owns horses should know the basics. Barbed wire should never be used for horses as it is sharp and can easily injure them. Single strand wire fencing is not suitable for horses as it sags and can lead to entanglement hazards. As someone who has owned horses for most of my life, I find it upsetting to see such misinformation. I hope more people are outraged by this, as it is not a cute scenario with a happy ending for horse owners. - Katheryn D.

I recently watched your Super Bowl commercial featuring the Clydesdales, and as a horse owner and a fan of your majestic horses, I must express my disappointment with the content. Previous ads depicting the bond between horses and dogs were heartwarming, but this one, showcasing a horse injury, was distressing. This portrayal goes against the positive image you usually convey. Watching the horse in pain is unsettling, especially knowing the healing process involved. I trust that your horses receive excellent care and wouldn't be exposed to situations like being in a field with barbed wire, which is hazardous for equines. I recommend reconsidering airing this commercial, as I believe it may not generate the favorable attention you seek. Kindly pass on my feedback to the relevant department within your organization.

I encountered an issue at the LCBO store in Thunder Bay, Ontario at Arthur Street Mall during your promotion for a 56-pack of Bud. The manager mentioned that Bud Zero tall boys were not eligible for the promotion as it contains no alcohol, unlike regular Budweiser. Despite my attempt to clarify, the manager was not receptive, and it left me feeling disappointed. It seems like some employees treat promotions as their own rather than embracing them as part of the store's offerings. This experience has left a bitter taste, as I have always been a loyal Bud drinker. I hope this matter can be addressed, as I frequently purchase Budweiser Zero tall boys. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm curious why Bud Light Orange seems to have disappeared from store shelves. I've been a fan since its release, but suddenly I can't locate it. I hope it hasn't been discontinued.
I have a long history with Bud products, starting with Bud with my dad, then transitioning to Bud Light, then Lime, and finally settling on Orange. It has become my absolute favorite beer.
Please consider continuing to produce Bud Light Orange.
Best,
Christine ❤️

I visited Dollar General in Lady Lake, FL today to buy Bud Light Seltzer. There was a sale sign indicating a price of $8.95, but at the checkout, it rang up as $18.95. The clerk tried to override the price but couldn't, and the manager mentioned they couldn't adjust it. When I questioned this discrepancy, they said they are not obligated to honor the advertised price set by Budweiser. This situation seems like false advertising or a bait-and-switch tactic, which is concerning to me. I will be reaching out to Dollar General's customer service about this issue. Please clarify if your company stands by the sale price advertised. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. - D.A.

Hello,
I recently bought an 8-pack of 455ml Budweiser beer cans from a store near my house. After consuming a can, I experienced breakout of pimples on my shoulders and chest, which were itchy. The next day, after having another can with a little bit poured into a cup and diluted with water, the pimples returned. This reaction led me to believe that the Budweiser beer was causing this issue.
Prior to trying Budweiser, I drank Bud Light without any problems. Additionally, I have consumed various beer brands in China without experiencing any pimples. A doctor friend identified this as an allergy and advised me to avoid the beer.
Although I'm not seeking a refund, I am curious to know why this beer triggered an allergic reaction when I'm already allergic to bananas. Could I be allergic to other substances as well?
Thank you,
Owen
