I attempted to purchase one (1) Timber Wolf Peruvian Fixed Blade knife with sheath for the sale price of $17.98 today. The item number is 17 TW870. I am a loyal customer from Golden, CO [redacted]. This item is supposed to be on sale until midnight today. However, I am unable to add it to my cart online, as my cart appears empty. I also tried calling this morning, but their phone message states there are no business hours for orders on Sundays. I would like to place this order today if possible, or tomorrow if not. I reside in the Dominican Republic with a mailing address in Doral, Florida. While attempting to purchase a cane sword from your site with the assistance of a customer representative, there was a discrepancy with my zip code. Despite mentioning that my zip code is 33[redacted] in Miami or Doral, the staff insisted on using [redacted] instead. I have successfully used this zip code before for shipments without any problems on platforms like eBay and Amazon. Unfortunately, this issue prevented me from completing the purchase, and I felt the staff lacked interest in resolving it promptly.
Furthermore, during checkout, I was offered free shipping upon signing up for email ads from your company. However, to my dismay, shipping charges were still applied to my order. This inconsistency is disappointing and needs to be addressed.

I received two notifications for order W[redacted] but there was no image associated with it. I am uncertain about the specific item I purchased since I've bought multiple things from BUDK recently. I placed an order and received confirmation number [redacted]. I believed my order went through, but it wasn't listed under "My Orders." After being disconnected 4 times, a customer service representative (CSR) explained that a confirmation number starting with "1" means the order was rejected without warning. I had to contact CSR again to place the order, which revealed the first item was out of stock. The CSR couldn't confirm if this caused the rejection. I suggest updating the system to alert customers of rejected orders and document the reasons. Also, consider listing rejected orders in order history for customers and CSRs to access. Your prompt attention is appreciated.

I moved from Corpus Christi, TX, to Pensacola, FL, area to support my elderly parents. Sadly, I was taken advantage of by the moving company. They were paid over $22,[redacted] for the move but also took a significant portion of my BUDK collection and damaged many of my belongings. The police informed me that the unserialized items are unlikely to be recovered. As a [redacted]% disabled veteran who served 22 years in the USN, I have limited funds available. Some of the items taken were purchased from BUDK and hold sentimental value to me, like my Halloween and "One Nation Under God" bowie knives as well as my throwing cards.
