I requested a new SIM card over 10 days ago after losing my previous one. I mentioned in my email that I couldn't use the app to make the request. On 09 July, I received an email stating that the card would be sent within 48 hours. However, I have yet to receive anything. The delay is affecting my work, and I'm considering switching to a different company due to this poor service. Please take action promptly or cancel my subscription. - Mazine Talbi
