I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for a month now, and it is becoming frustrating. I was supposed to be compensated for a previous customer service representative's mistake that resulted in an overcharge of $[redacted] on my card. Despite assurances from multiple employees that the matter would be resolved, it hasn't been addressed properly. I had to wait over an hour for a vehicle that was not the one I reserved 24 hours in advance, and I was given a smaller vehicle at the same price. I was informed that my current rental could resolve this issue, but the problem persists. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this, but the situation remains unresolved. If this matter is not rectified, I may need to involve my lawyer. As a loyal customer and Fast Break member, I am requesting a fair resolution to this situation.
