I recently spoke with Pearl Wilson regarding a payment mistake I made online. I accidentally paid BC Med Services $[redacted] instead of my MasterCard bill. I am requesting a refund for this payment as soon as possible. The transaction was processed through Scotia Bank with Transaction #[redacted]1. During our communication, I was asked to provide a credit card number and pay $5 for legal attention. This request concerns me. If resolving my issue is challenging, I may seek assistance from CTV.
