Hello, we have a Brita filter attached to our sink that started leaking after we replaced the filter with a new one. After researching online, we discovered this is a common issue. Despite it leaking for months, we didn't address it until my husband attempted to fix it six months after we purchased it. Unfortunately, when he tried to remove it, the Brita was so tightly glued to our sink that the connector ended up breaking.

I bought a Brita faucet filter recently, but after a few days of use, I noticed that my faucet had developed hundreds of pinholes due to the pressure from the filter. Water started shooting out in different directions, causing a mess. I already purchased a pack of replacement filters without keeping the receipt. It's challenging to return them due to many stores not accepting returns during the current situation. The Brita filter caused so much damage that I had to buy a new kitchen faucet, which was quite expensive. I'm disappointed with the product and do not want to use it again after this experience. It's frustrating that a $30 filter led to such significant expenses. This email is my second attempt to address this issue.

I was given a Brita Pitcher with a filter as a gift, and I liked it so much that I purchased an extra filter right away. However, when it came time to replace the filters, I used both spare ones and a lot of water, but the filtration is still not working. After researching, I discovered this is a common issue with the product. I, like others, plan to spread the word about this defect unless I receive a replacement pitcher and two spare filters or a refund. It's disappointing to see such a widespread problem with your product, and I hope you take steps to rectify this issue and restore the company's reputation.

Hello,
I am reaching out because I recently purchased a new pitcher and filters from Costco. Unfortunately, the inner plastic holder of the pitcher has a small crack. I suspect this might have been caused by the filters shifting during shipping and handling. The crack is located at the top of the inner part where the filter was originally placed when I received it.
The previous pitcher I had was made of a more flexible white plastic, while the new one is made of a hard clear plastic, indicating a change in design.
I recommend considering putting the filters in the bottom of the packaging to prevent future damage. Is it possible to purchase just a new inner part for the pitcher instead of having to buy a whole new one?
I appreciate that your products are affordable and sold at Costco, but I am disappointed in the quality. It is disheartening to have a brand new pitcher already cracked, especially when I used the old one with a crack until the new ones were on sale.
