I have been working with BMS PAF since December [redacted]. I have a new doctor who sent in the corrected forms and prescription recently. However, I am unsure if the foundation has all the necessary information for delivery setup. I am currently in a lot of pain and need my medication urgently. My name is Donna D., and my case number is BP00W55. My doctor, Dr. Alexander T., faxed the corrected prescription three weeks ago, on May 28, [redacted]. I am reaching out for assistance as I have been without Orencia since December [redacted]. I kindly ask for my case to be reviewed promptly to schedule the delivery. Thank you for your help. Donna D. [redacted] Dorchester Place Unit 53, Sun City Center, FL [redacted].
Given that you have a location in Florida, would it be best for me to contact them or visit the office for assistance? I am open to any suggestions. Please advise. Thank you.

I submitted a letter to the Patient Associate Foundation a week ago regarding my Orencia, but I have not received any updates. Despite BMS stating that the issue is resolved, it is not fixed at all. I spoke to a representative last Monday who assured me of action, but no progress has been made. I understand there may be challenges, but as professionals, resources should be allocated to expedite a solution. The ongoing delay is impacting my health as I have been without Orencia since December. My condition is deteriorating, and I urgently need assistance. I hope for a resolution soon. Donna D.

I, Merrilyn Cedarblade, along with Duane Cedarblade, applied to the BMS Patient Assistance Program. We have submitted all required documents, including income verification, and our doctor has prescribed Eliquis 5mg for a year as of May 11, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts via written correspondence, phone calls, and contacting customer relations, we have not received a response. We are in urgent need of assistance as we are running low on our medication. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Drug-induced Parkinsonism is a condition that can occur as a side effect of certain medications, such as Abilify, Haldol, or Reglan. Unfortunately, my family has firsthand experience with this devastating condition. My mother, who has lived with bipolar disorder for most of her life, was prescribed Abilify in December. Shortly after starting the medication, her mobility and speech deteriorated significantly. She was hospitalized on New Year's Day due to a severe infection, but she was unable to articulate her symptoms clearly. Despite numerous medical consultations, her condition was repeatedly misdiagnosed as bipolar disorder and early-stage Parkinson's. After discontinuing Abilify, her condition worsened to the point where she struggled to feed herself or communicate, experiencing severe tremors. The neurologist suggested Parkinson's medication, but my father refused further treatment. Over time, her condition gradually improved, with reduced tremors and regained abilities to eat, speak, and walk. This experience has highlighted the need for greater caution and awareness regarding the potential risks of these medications. My father has incurred substantial financial costs and witnessed the profound impact on my mother's well-being.
