On 7/14, my daughter, aged 16, applied for a sales associate position at the Brandy Melville store located at [redacted] SW Bridgeport Rd, Tualatin, OR [redacted]. Shockingly, the store manager used her phone to take a picture of my daughter from the waist down without consent. The manager even stated, "don't worry, I didn't get your face." This manager admitted to showing these pictures to the hiring manager to remember the applicants' bodies due to the high number of applications. This behavior is unacceptable. No permission was sought, and no explanation was given to my daughter about the use of this cellphone photo. I am extremely upset about this situation. I intend to give Brandy Melville an opportunity to address this issue before seeking legal action.

I have purchased items from your store before and have always been pleased with the quality. Recently, I encountered issues with your website that I would like to address. I have a Brandy Melville account that worked well until about a month ago. I am facing difficulty logging in despite entering the correct email, password, and completing the "I am not a robot" verification. The error message I receive states, "There is a problem with the recaptcha code," and I have been unable to access my account after multiple login attempts. I have been trying to reach out multiple times with no success. My emails keep getting rejected even though I'm using the correct address. This has been incredibly frustrating dealing with your customer service. Recently, I received my order, but unfortunately, one item, the Phoebe Skirt, is missing even though it was listed on the Packing List. I made an online order 12 business days ago, but I still haven't received any shipping notification. The website states that it takes 3-5 business days before shipping. I've tried calling numerous times throughout the day, but I've only reached voicemail without an option to leave a message. I've also sent two emails, but haven't received any responses. The chat feature has been offline for a week. I'm concerned that I may not receive my order in time for Christmas, if at all.

I have been charged on my credit card for items that have not yet been shipped. The website indicated that I would only be charged once the merchandise was shipped. When I call [redacted], a recording mentions all agents are busy and suggests reaching out via email, then disconnects. The chat service is also currently offline. This issue has persisted since Dec 13. I contacted them through email questioning the charge on my credit card without the shipment, and the response after two days was that due to higher holiday orders, there are delays in processing orders this month. However, the reason for the premature charge on my credit card was not addressed.

I placed an order for 3 items online on December 7th. As of today, December 19th, the status is still "processing". I reached out via email to their customer service address yesterday and again today, but have not received any responses. I attempted to call their customer service number at [redacted], but it only leads to a recorded message stating that all agents are busy and then disconnects. Despite being in California like the company, I received an email claiming shipping uncertainties. We have promptly received items from various locations within days, like a package from Britain in 2 days. This order is essential for our daughter's Christmas, with nothing else to open on Christmas Eve if it doesn't arrive. Several emails seeking updates were unanswered until I received a disappointing response with no concrete information. The promise of 2-day shipping for Christmas Eve was not fulfilled, leaving us with no gifts for a child.

I placed an order for Christmas gifts on December 14 with expedited shipping for delivery before Christmas. My bank account was charged promptly, but unfortunately, my order has not been shipped. Upon checking my account, it shows that the order is still processing. I recently purchased three lavender Rosa sweatpants from Brandy Melville, but only one has arrived despite my order confirmation stating I bought three. I received my order #TA-OR-[redacted] on December 12th, but I only opened it six days ago. I intended to gift it to my granddaughter. However, the one size fits all item is too big for her slim 13-year-old frame, and even for me. When I placed the order, I selected the smallest size available, which I recall being small to medium, not one size fits all. I am unable to return it within the 30-day window and I believe it was purchased on sale that day. I am disappointed because she specifically wanted this item for Christmas. Although she usually prefers larger sweatshirts, this one is even too big for my son, who is 6'2".

I've been struggling to reach customer service for over a week now. Despite emailing and chatting with Athina two days ago, I still have not received a resolution regarding a duplicate order issue. My daughter mistakenly placed multiple orders as she did not receive a confirmation email. I returned the unnecessary items, but only received one refund out of three. Despite providing tracking information showing the return was received, I am still waiting for the remaining refunds. Athina mentioned the package was not yet received, but my tracking information proves otherwise. I've been patient, dealing with this issue for over a month since being charged at the start of December. The lack of response and long wait times on the phone have added to my frustration.
