Bounce Energy Customer Service Issues

Yesterday, I took a ride at 3:23 PM and reached my destination within 5 minutes, covering a distance of only 1.6 km. I ended my trip and received a message confirming that. However, about 40 minutes later, I checked my phone and saw the "End trip" option again, which I couldn't select. I contacted support, and they ended my trip from their end. Despite confirming the trip end, I encountered an issue where the app showed the trip as not completed after 50 minutes. This seems to be a server glitch on your end. I request that you adjust the fare for the 1.6 km distance only and refund the excess amount. For further clarification, please review my trip status, showing 1.6 km traveled in 56 minutes, which is clearly not accurate.

I have found it incredibly challenging to reach your organization. The telephone number is unavailable, and other contact methods are equally unreliable. I am looking to switch my electricity provider from Total Gas and Power at [redacted] Prince Avenue, Westcliff, Essex, SS0 0JT due to constant billing errors. The current daytime rate is 15.[redacted] pence per kilowatt hour, and nighttime rate is 10.[redacted] pence per kilowatt hour.
