What should I do if there is a power outage?

Asked a year ago
In the event of a power outage, we recommend first checking if the outage is widespread or affecting only your home. If it is widespread, contact your local utility provider to report the outage. If it is isolated to your home, check your circuit breaker to ensure it has not tripped. If all else fails, contact our customer service team for further assistance. It is always helpful to have basic supplies on hand such as flashlights, batteries, and a phone charger to stay prepared during power outages. Stay safe and stay informed during any power interruptions.
