I was contacted by your firm recently after my doctor, Dr. R.N. from Rocky Mountain Spine and Sports Medicine, referred me to a psychologist for an evaluation for a back stimulator. The psychologist was supposed to send the evaluation to you for Medicare approval. I am Ron M. and one of your representatives informed me about your product. I would like to know if my information has been submitted to Medicare for approval or if you have received the necessary details from my doctor. Could you please send me an email updating me on the status of my Medicare approval process? Kindly confirm if this is the correct procedure or if I need to reach out to someone else within your company for assistance.

I have been trying to reach my representative to inform them about needing to be present at my Orthopedist appointment, but there has been no response despite my calls and texts. My sciatica pain is unrelenting, and I'm at a loss for what to do next. Despite the high cost of these stimulators, my insurance coverage was not sufficient, leaving me with a substantial amount to pay out of pocket. The lack of response and poor customer service from Boston Scientific has left me thoroughly disappointed. If the territory assigned to the representative is too large for them to handle, that issue should be addressed. Even after attempting to contact customer service and trying to reach someone through an app, I have not received any assistance, leading me to give up due to long wait times on hold. I had high hopes for pain relief but unfortunately would not recommend this company to anyone due to their inadequate service.

I am having issues getting in touch with my Boston Scientific pain stimulator representative in Albany, GA. Despite reaching out multiple times, they have not responded to my calls or texts for program assistance. It seems like the company is only interested in money. Even my Orthopedist's office tried contacting the rep for my last visit, but she didn't follow through. I even contacted the surgery center at MSA Orthopedics, but they couldn't reach her either. This lack of response has left me so frustrated that I am considering legal action, something I have never done before. The customer service from this company has been disappointing, and it seems like others have had similar experiences. If the territory is too much for the rep to handle, the company needs to address this issue. I have already paid out of pocket, so I expect better communication or will have to seek help elsewhere.

I would like to share my experience with Boston Scientific. Three years ago, I was diagnosed with Afib and cardiomyopathy with reduced EF (<35%). I received treatment at Regional Cardiac Arrhythmia in Wheeling, WV, which also has offices in Steubenville, OH, among others. Due to my LBBB, I was fitted with a G148 CRT ICD (3-lead device) and enrolled in Latitude monitoring. Despite efforts, CRT therapy was hindered by phrenic nerve stimulation, resulting in only 54% capture. Cryoablation for Afib was unsuccessful. Subsequent checks revealed PMT events that had been overlooked by Regional Cardiac but were identified and resolved by Cleveland Clinic technicians. This led to the replacement of the left lead for proper therapy delivery. The distress caused by these events could have been prevented. I am discouraged by the oversight of PMT events and the failure to address the left lead issue. I am discontinuing treatment with Regional Cardiac Arrhythmia. Could Boston Scientific have provided recommendations based on Latitude monitoring data? Sincerely, Louis M.
