Good morning,
I am reaching out regarding our gas condensing boiler, model ZWB28-3A, installed in January [redacted], by Independent Plumbing in Sequim, Washington. In the past three months, we have been experiencing issues with fault code 3A, prompting several service visits, each resulting in the same recurring problem. Despite attempts to fix it, we are still facing interruptions in hot water supply and heating, especially concerning as colder weather approaches. We are concerned about the ongoing costs of service calls, given the unit is under warranty. The case number is C104511. We seek guidance on the next steps to resolve this lingering problem. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

(Reference # [redacted]) Bosch technicians have visited our home three times to service our new microwave following our recent kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, during the second visit, the technician damaged the molding around our newly renovated cabinets. Although he admitted to the damage after the fact, he left without providing prior notice. I have forwarded pictures of the damage to Bosch yesterday and followed up with an email today, but have not received any acknowledgement yet. I also spoke with a representative on 11/26/18. We are requesting expedited repair of our cabinets to ensure a timely resolution. I am disappointed in the service provided by a company known for receiving great product reviews. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tracey Raines.

Product Details:
BOSCH Dishwasher:
Model # SHV7PT53UC
Serial # FD[redacted][redacted]3
Purchase Date: 11/25/[redacted]
Seller: Hudson Appliance, [redacted] Main St., Hudson, MA [redacted]
Problem Description:
Our dishwasher worked flawlessly for the first four years until 11/20/[redacted] when a technician from Hudson Appliance installed a Safety Recall power cord replacement per BOSCH Safety Recall Notice dated October 19, [redacted]. After the installation, the door behavior changed, resulting in slamming and leaking issues. Despite multiple technician visits and part replacements, the problems persisted intermittently, including a cycle malfunction and recurring leaks, leading to increased flooding incidents. The final attempt to fix the issues on 01/22/[redacted] by replacing the door seal and latch parts did not provide a lasting solution. Due to the ongoing problems caused by the service, we believe the dishwasher needs replacement by BOSCH for the failures and inconvenience endured.
Problem Resolution:
We request a replacement of the current dishwasher by BOSCH due to the service-induced issues. Although we were initially satisfied with the product's quality, the persistent problems and lack of effective service have left us without a functioning dishwasher during two major holiday seasons. We urge BOSCH to uphold its reputation and address the dissatisfaction caused by the service provided.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher approximately one year ago. Recently, we've had issues with the tap light illuminating. Despite attempts at repairs, the problem persists, leading us to buy a new unit which we installed less than a week ago. Unfortunately, the same problem persists. Currently in Italy with a plumber, we're at a loss as the plumber seems unable to resolve the issue. The new machine, having only been used a few times, is failing to discharge water at the end of the cycle. While we were able to briefly resolve it by cleaning tap filters, checking pressure, and adjusting the discharge hose, the problem persists with the tap light on and water remaining in the bottom. We're feeling extremely frustrated and uncertain of what steps to take next. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Subject: Bosch Dishwasher Replacement Request
On 16-05-[redacted], I purchased a Bosch dishwasher (Model: SMS40E32EU) from Kitchen Mania, Kolkata. Upon receiving the unopened package on 18-05-[redacted], a Bosch technician, Mr. S. Biswas, tried to install the dishwasher. However, upon starting the machine, a loud banging noise began, which persisted even after various checks and attempts to resolve it. Mr. Biswas concluded that the dishwasher needed replacement, as noted in service report number 47[redacted] dated 20-05-[redacted].
The technician repacked the dishwasher and promised to submit a replacement report the same day before my departure to Mumbai on 23-05-[redacted]. I contacted Madam Puja Gupta from Kitchen Mania during the technician's visit, and she was made aware of the situation and the urgent need for a new dishwasher by 22-05-[redacted].
I kindly request Bosch to promptly replace the defective dishwasher to alleviate the significant inconvenience and distress caused. Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Subject: Concern Regarding Washing Machine Model WAK20200GC
To Whom It May Concern,
On July 23, [redacted], I purchased a Washing Machine Model WAK20200GC Washer 7 kg from your Shuwaikh showroom. I have been facing an issue where when washing white clothes, they come out with a blue tinge. Despite multiple attempts by your maintenance team to fix the problem, the issue remains unresolved. As a loyal customer who has purchased all my electrical appliances from your company, this experience has been disappointing.
I have sent my white clothes to a laundry company as a temporary solution, but I would appreciate it if you could either provide a resolution to the problem or allow for a replacement of the machine, even if I need to pay the price difference for a different model. I have had a previous washer from your company for ten years without any issues, which is why I am reaching out for assistance now.
I look forward to your prompt response to address this matter effectively.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Sincerely,
A.

I have consistently chosen Bosch and John Lewis for my household appliances over the past three decades, so when I bought a Bosch Athlet625KTGB cordless vacuum in June [redacted], I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the vacuum's battery now fails to hold a charge after minimal use on my loop pile carpets in the hall and landing. Despite understanding the warranty is two years, I believe the vacuum hasn't met the expected standard of quality compared to your other reliable products. After discussing with John Lewis, they advised me to contact you directly. I am seeking a replacement battery to rectify this disappointing situation. Please assist a loyal customer like me in resolving this matter satisfactorily.

I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher in April and had it installed three days ago. However, I encountered issues with it immediately. After a manual reset, I managed to run one cycle, but the dishes still came out dirty. Furthermore, the top rack is not functioning properly, and a part that seems important was found at the bottom. The second shelf keeps getting stuck. Despite contacting customer service for assistance, I was given a repair service that turned out to be unavailable. Now, I am unable to get through to Bosch for further help. The situation is incredibly frustrating, and I expect a quick resolution or a replacement for this defective appliance.

Hello, I contacted your customer service department a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience with Danielle. She was supposed to send a part for my BOSCH dishwasher, model SHU43C05UC /14, to my address. The broken spring that opens the soap pod dispenser needs to be replaced. Can you please check on the status of this for me? Thanks! - Maurice R. Davila, [redacted] Iron Mountain Road, Canton, Georgia [redacted].

Good evening,
I am reaching out regarding my 70/30 BOSCH integrated fridge-freezer with the model number KIM29473GB/02. Despite being an older appliance, it has been reliable historically. However, during the recent heatwave when no one was home to ventilate the flat, the appliance has ceased to function properly. While a similar issue occurred last year during hot weather, the fridge has now stopped cooling altogether. The compressor is louder and running weakly, indicating a potential gas leak.
After consulting a technician who recommended a replacement due to possible short-term repair, I am seeking your advice. Unfortunately, I am currently abroad and can only be reached via WhatsApp at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] or by email at [redacted] Your insights on the situation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Monia

In January [redacted], the Bosch dishwasher in our San Francisco, CA home stopped working. I scheduled a service visit, received confirmation number [redacted]. The technician identified a faulty water valve and planned to return with the part. Due to the part not arriving and our travel plans, we are now back in San Francisco and wish to schedule the repair for Thursday, May 6, [redacted], at [redacted] Moraga St., San Francisco, [redacted]. However, I have been informed of an outstanding balance of $[redacted] for the trip charge which needs to be paid before scheduling. Despite speaking with multiple call center agents, I am unable to pay this charge or schedule the replacement. I propose scheduling the service for May 6 and paying all charges together. The dishwasher details are: SHE43RL5UC/64; FD[redacted]45.

I own the Bosch [redacted] Series compact dryer model WTG86402UC/07. The top appliance company in NYC has inspected it twice and we suspect the sensor may be faulty since the machine stops with clothes still wet.
I have a couple of questions:
1) Could your service person come to replace the sensor circuit board?
2) Should I ask my repair person from Appliance Doctor to order the part and install it?
I am willing to consider any solution. I was thinking about purchasing the [redacted] Series Compact, but the customer reviews are negative. Can you confirm if the heat pump functions well? Will the [redacted] Series be upgraded with a heat pump? I'm unsure if I should repair the current machine or invest in a new one. Your guidance is appreciated.

After dealing with an inefficient oven, we decided to purchase all new appliances in February [redacted]. Among them, we bought a French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and a 30” electric slide-in range, specifically the [redacted] series model HEI8054U. Recently, we've noticed that the glass top of the range has cracked and the crack has spread significantly across the cooktop. I've had smooth cooktop ranges for years and never experienced this issue. It's disappointing to see a three-year-old range with this problem. This doesn't align with the "invented for life" motto that the brand promotes. I hope you can clarify in simple terms how this could happen. When it comes to products like cars or appliances, a manufacturer only has one shot to impress me. If I'm dissatisfied, I'll make sure others are aware, but if I'm pleased, I'll definitely spread the word. Not happy with the current situation. - Susan

We recently renovated our kitchen and installed all new Bosch appliances, including a full-size refrigerator with the serial number [redacted]. Shortly after installation, the icemaker began malfunctioning, which led us to contact your repair service. The technician identified a design flaw that required a replacement part, which was initially out of stock, causing delays in the repair process.
After waiting seven weeks, the technician returned and installed the part. However, the issue recurred after three months, as the icemaker stopped producing ice consistently despite our attempts to troubleshoot. Another service appointment is scheduled for December 16, adding to our frustration with the situation.
We kindly request that the repair representative be informed of our case to ensure a prompt resolution during the upcoming visit. Additionally, we seek reimbursement of $[redacted].00 for expenses incurred due to the faulty appliance, including the cost of ice bags, spoiled food, and extra water filters purchased during the troubleshooting period. If the issue persists after this repair attempt, we may request a refund of the $3,[redacted].39 paid for a refrigerator model affected by a known design flaw.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a satisfactory resolution.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to follow up on my previous email to Bosch Home Appliances regarding a complaint about a degraded and broken jar base. I have yet to receive a response or update on this issue. I have also sent another email today to [redacted] for further assistance.
I look forward to resolving this matter promptly as the jar base is currently unusable. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

We recently purchased a Bosch washing machine for ₹29,[redacted]. Unfortunately, after just 3 years of use, the machine developed a fault causing smoke to come out of it. Upon contacting the Bosch service center, they inspected the machine and determined that the drum set is completely damaged and needs to be replaced at a cost of ₹12,[redacted], almost half of what we paid for the machine initially. We chose Bosch for its trusted brand reputation and expected it to last for at least 10 years. With this unexpected issue so soon, we are concerned that even with the drum set replacement, there may be further problems down the line. We hope that Bosch can address these issues to maintain their reputation as a reliable brand.

I have a Bosch [redacted] series dryer (WTG86401UC) that no longer dries properly on any setting except for 20 minutes, as it stops after just 1 minute. The service technician recommended a new computer chip board but mentioned it might not be available for a year. However, our issue is that being a stackable washer and dryer, we cannot find a Bosch replacement unit. It seems there are no stackable Bosch units available in Arizona. We have been loyal Bosch customers, having used their appliances for over 20 years. We prefer not to switch to a different brand. Can anyone suggest a solution for our dilemma?
