I placed order #[redacted]3 on 12/11/22 with an expected 5-10 day ground shipping. However, the status remains as "order received" as of 12/26/22. I have attempted to contact customer service via phone during business hours but have been unable to reach anyone. The system repeatedly states I am calling outside of operating hours. Given the lack of progress and communication, I would like to request a cancellation of my order as I am doubtful of receiving it.
