I recently ordered items during your buy one, get one sale. The pants I received were not the ones I had ordered. When I tried to exchange them at the store, I was treated very poorly. I was informed that I could not get the pants I wanted, as they were over $70 while the ones available were under $34. This was disappointing as I had intended to get what I initially ordered. Additionally, there was a mishap with a 25% off coupon for pick-up in-store orders that wasn't reflected in my receipt despite informing the staff about it. The customer service representative was unhelpful and rudely handled the situation. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, spending thousands annually on clothes at this location without using sales or coupons. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and unless addressed appropriately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
