Is there a way for me to file a complaint about this situation? Upon calling again, I endured another 15-minute wait only to be transferred by a representative named Lisa to my local BCBS office. It was frustrating as my initial call to BCBS of Massachusetts was supposed to be handled at the location I was redirected to.
