Subject: Disappointing Experience at Bliss 57 Today Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out to share my recent frustrating visit to Bliss 57. Today, my mother-in-law kindly treated me to a facial using gift cards she had received for her birthday. We both had services booked. My appointment was at 12:30, but the esthetician, Margarita, only started at 12:35, finishing by 1:25, which was less than an hour. During the treatment, Margarita pushed for an upgrade without my consent, even applying products from the upgraded facial before I agreed to it. The extra charge of $60 felt unnecessary as the treatment felt basic, not worth the price. Throughout the facial, Margarita spoke continuously, disregarding my cues for quiet relaxation, and focused on promoting herself and her services. Although I hinted my discomfort to the front desk, I refrained from complaining further to spare my mother-in-law any embarrassment.
